HomeGround did a great job answering and dealing with email enquiries i sent as part of the sale of a property following a bereavement. Responses were quickly and efficiently dealt with.

However I am puzzled why there is no number to call. It can provide a slightly aloof/secretive impression if there is no-one to speak with!
