Poor wiring, missing screws, unable to access the TC app and no response and help when I call the office. Why am I paying $80.00 per month for NOTHING. I should have gone with a known company instead. The unprofessionlism of your response as a business owner is unbelievable. Per our conversation, the employment status of my son-in-law has and had absolutely nothing to do with quality of service involving poor installation, and your 1 month response time to me as a paying customer. I had to post a google review only to have you respond in this childish manner and not take responsibility. I will be more than willing to upload photos of the poor wiring installation and missing screws of the door equipment. DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS KIM.
