I would leave negative rating if I can. I received a letter in my letterbox today telling me this is my final notice before legal proceedings - guess what I have never seen any reminder or payment due notice in the very first place for this half-year's instalment. No email reminder either.

I had the same issue a couple of years back so I actually actively look out for any letter that has a homeground stamp on the envelope.

This company is a complete scam probably its revenue stream totally lives on sending those "admin charges" to the leaseholders.
