A crazy thing happened while apartment hunting on a Saturday post-yoga class! I was not looking to buy a home but rather searching for a place that I could rent for a year or two as I transition back into the area from Pittsburgh. When I entered the model home to seek out the possibility of a rental in the community, Tom s friendly greeting and persistent question- why do you want to rent- caused me to pause and ask, Why do I want to buy? In my mind, I had a timeframe I needed to meet and certain parameters that seemed non-negotiable. Tom and his team, from Amy to Jake and everyone in between, far exceeded my expectations and exhibited significant patience with all my questions. I am still amazed at how smoothly this transition into my new home has been for me. The team was responsive, kept me informed each step of the way, and followed-up to make sure everything was going well. I look forward to establishing myself in this beautiful community.
