I purchased a case of Anchor Hocking canning jars ...

I purchased a case of Anchor Hocking canning jars an I am appalled at the poor quality of the lids. The jars held up ok thru the pressure canning process but FOUR of the EIGHT lids did not seal and I had to re-process half my batch. GRRRR
PLEASE ANYONE USING A.H. FOR CANNING PURPOSES.. SAVE YOURSELF AN IRRITATION AND USE BALL/MASON BRAND INSTEAD! It is rarely that brand fails to seal.
