Staff needs to serve customers not to unpack stuff in the middle of the shop floor, waited to ask a few questions about Gor tex Musto sailing jacket ,could not get attention at all (probably thought I cant afford)left with nothing and travelled form MK to Northampton as closest Musto dealer.
Very fast turnaround to get us back on the water. Good quality repair and excellent friendly service as usual.
Stephen Graham couldnt do more to help regarding tuning issues, set up and getting sails measured etc. Excellent service and advice.

Ordered a pair of shoes at the beginning of August but unfortunately they never turned up. I got in touch with Customer Services and they sent another pair which arrived two days later and are perfect! Would highly recommend!
