Very, grungy, dirty place, unclean, unsafe working conditions for any employee. Nothing to be proud of. Employees seem to tolerate the work, don't seem very well paid considering it's a chemical plant. A lot of very unhappy faces in 1 place. Delivery drivers, stop at gate. Read instructions on the sign on the side of the gate house.

I arrived at 8:47 am to make a delivery. My delivery was complete and I was back on the road at 10:53 am. The man at the gate and the folks at the dock were friendly and professional.
