No response after several calls.. no update on my interview... my telephonic round was clear and in face 2 face round only 2 to 3 questions were asked.. i pinged HR many times for the update.. but didn't get any update

Not good environment and nothing to learn new as I have seen a number of people fired just because managers taking them as a job threat in the future or threat to their favorite ones, they can go to extreme level just to fire you.

Managers here are dumb they don't know the processes how to approach with the project and they are taking high salary and feel that they are at their comfort zone, play politics. They will fire you before letting you know and you have to spend long time in office hours due to their tight guidelines ...
