Good place to learn RCM related work, but the pay is very low. Targets are very low compared to other RCM billing companies. But the software they using are very old(MS-DOS thing ).

Single word it is fraud company, since all the employees are not treated as employee. If the management decide, then they goes extreme level to terminate the employees.
