I had a really bad experience at Elephant backpacker. The staff was unfriendly and provided poor customer service. The facilities were dirty and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Elephant backpacker is an average company. I had an okay experience with them. The staff was friendly but the facilities were not up to par. The rooms were small and cramped, and the bathrooms were not clean. Overall, it was an average stay.
