The staff talked to me for almost more than an hour about camera stuff. The person that talked to me took a 30 min call while I was about to spend almost $6,000+ then after all that he told me the camera body was in back order. He also knew nothing about the camera I wanted to buy

Great job with Canadian passport photos. We were able to pick them up in an hour. They know all the specifications the Canadians require. Also got american passport photos taken for our daughter and they were perfect.

Honestly if I could leave this zero stars I would. Every time I come here I seem to have an issue. Even with being the only camera store in Buffalo they still don t have their act together. Completely unprofessional I will not recommend to my photography hobby friends. Truly disappointed
