The worked on our building. They couldn't follow the engineer's plans for circuit locations in the panels, so they used an 'as built' (normal). They could not even get those panel schedules correct!!!
I wouldn't trust them to change the batteries in my kids toys!

Every PM or scheduled visit resulted in work and problems with my HVAC which allegedly showed up when their tech did. Items and systems in good working condition were left damaged or broken at the hands of their repair team. I would steer clear of these folks for any HVAC work.
