This is a local gem. The coffee at black oak is always fresh and roasted on site. The coffee shop has a good selection of coffees and lattes. They have a few organic and veggie options but you come here for their coffee. I would recommend the Lovers Lane Coffee

Very interesting flavours! I got the bee pollen latte , while my boyfriend got the lavender latte. Both were good this place has outdoor seating as well as indoor.
My go to coffee place in town, they have a wide selection that I find very tasty with great service. They have been doing a wonderful job making it a pandemic safe experience.
Espresso was perfectly balanced between bitter/ roasted and sweetness. Expertly extracted and obviously deserving of its awards. So happy to have found an excellent coffee shop in my new home.
I found myself down with a cold right before the school year started so I made an appointment here for the next day. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I'd been here years before and remembered it being super easy. I'm glad to see it still is! I highly recommend.

They seemed to have lost their A team! After 5 bad coffee's I won't be back!! The breakfast burrito was half the size they used to be and super tough and rubbery!
