I've had cylinders 'repaired' two separate times here and out of 5 cylinders, 4 have leaked -they never sealed after only months of use. I don't know if they test them properly or not, but I'm not returning anymore. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than be disappointed again. Take your chances.
