The worst company EVER! Their customer service is ...

The worst company EVER! Their customer service is very disappointing let alone trying to actually talk to someone their who doesn't sound like a robot. It's takes forever to get an answer back from anyone and sometimes the person doesn't even know what they are talking about! WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS THIS!?!?! I truly wonder what kind of people work here. So annoying, don't waste your time with them!

This week I made a few calls to RMIS to get my Truck Insurance updated. I spoke to Lee, and he was extremely, extremely professional and helpful to me. He made sure got updated and in order. I just wanted to shout out my appreciate to Lee for being the BEST and for being PROMPT to solve the problems. I'm glad that RMIS made it clear that they really want to be there to support me through any challenges that may arise. I didn't hesitate to contact customer service when I was training a new employee. Carlos was exceptional. Thanks to you we can use RMIS to it's full potential. I will be reccomending them to all of my business contacts so they are in compliance and can continue to do business with no insurance issues.

On 2/5/2020 I was having trouble getting set up with a broker. I called RMIS and spoke to a representative named Obdulia. She was very pleasant and walked me through the process with ease. Without her help I would have not been able to get set up. Her professional and knowledge was greatly appreciated.

We've been working with Yesenia Sanchez since March of 2019, and let me tell you; this is the best person in the world to work with in such a crazy busy industry. Yesenia has ALWAYS replied within a few minutes for a request, and works until the request is finished! I've personally been saved numerous times because of Yesenia, and for that reason alone I would recommend RMIS to any carrier/broker in the industry!

Really nice and knowledgeable lady by the name of ...

Really nice and knowledgeable lady by the name of Cheyenne helped me
onboard with a major parcel company because my insurance company kept sending RMIS the wrong info which made the processing take longer than normal, luckily I had already onboarded with a another company that they also dealt with that was able to verify my insurance limits, therefore expediting the onboarding process to the next day instead of another week.

I am ONLY giving a 5 star review because of the work Lee did for me. I have been dealing with an issue with my insurance for almost 10 days and Lee went far beyond the call of duty to make sure everything on RMIS side was correct. I cant understand why this person isn't a supervisor or a trainer for all new hires. I say this to RMIS, if you have an employee that out shines EVERYONE else that answers that phone please show your gratitude and promote that person. Its extremely hard to find hard dedicated works. Every time Lee answered that phone my mind was at ease. Lee I don't know if you ever get to read these reviews but you deserve a big hug from me. I thank you so much for your commitment to making sure I didn't have to worry. Thank God for you. Lee if you ever come to SC your hired on the spot. And that's not a joke.

RMIS is the worst. First it takes them 2 days to receive an updated cert, then they take their sweet time to review it and update your files. Not to mention every time I call it, they have some sort of false alarms that randomly show up on your profile. They have me on what s called rush service and it should take no more than 2-4 hours. Lets hope it s all true!

Not sure what the first two people who Google Reviewed RMIS are talking about, because my experiences with RMIS has been nothing short of tremendous. As a principled member of a 3PL company, I've been a client of RMIS for 3 going on 4 years now, and the insurance monitoring services they provide have been highly beneficial to the business. Not only does RMIS tremendous efficiency save us copious amounts of time, time that allows us to focus that much more on the business, but their execution of the services in which they provide are infinitely more effective than anything we're able to do ourselves in-house with this critical component to our business

I was dealing with a frustrating situation, someone not doing their job. I emailed Mirem (Mimi) Sanchez last week about this, she immediately emailed the company that wasn't completing information that was needed. Fast forward to this morning & the company STILL had not submitted this information. I emailed Mimi again, she once again sent them an email specifying our company in an attempt to get this issue resolved. Mimi emailed me back a little while ago to access my log in again, i do so & there it was.............DONE! :) Information needed was provided and i can relax now :) Mimi is awesome! Very professional, courteous, told me to feel free to follow up with her anytime. I felt each time i reached out to her, that she sincerely wanted to help me. THANK YOU MIMI!!!!!!!!!!

I don t get y 15 minutes process time takes up to 48 hours. Logistics industry arebalready under lots of stress and pressure now we have to deal with these guys....I m sitting home waiting to get my insurance processed and loosing lots of money. I will switch to different broker who doesn t use these guys

I was very upset with the first response i got from this company but when Carlos answered my 2nd call he took on my frustration without feeling as if i was attacking him personally. RMIS customer service is exceptional , i had the pleasure of speaking with Lee Bowen and this gentlemen is a river of knowledge , he quickly sent me links to access my account update my W9 and told me exactly what i need from my insurance agent. I got a follow up email from him in less than 15 mins letting me know he has received all the correct information and just waiting for everything to get processed. Wonderful gentleman great experience. keep it up guys.

I have been having trouble with registering for J.B. Hunt, CH Robinson ,and Total Quality Logistics. J.B Hunt has been the the ones that had been giving me trouble due to a IRS issue but once I contacted them. I was still having issues until I talked to Obdulia Hernandez she heard about my problem that I have been having and can hear my frustration. Once I gave her all the details of my situation she told me not to worry that she would do the best to help me and keep on eye on it if not guide me which ever way I needed to go. Great customer service out of all reps I spoke to she was able to nail it and not give me any excuses and just find solutions appreciate the services THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Mimi helped us out she was great... I had called in and had an issue which she fixed right away few days ago... today I had the same problem.. thankfully she gave me her email address... I sent her an email... she replied back saying she already got an alert and she was working on it...she took care of it in 15 minutes... I have been in the trucking business for over 9 years and I have to say she is one of the best I have dealt with.... RMIS is very blessed to have a team member like her helping us.. Wow carriers beware its gonna take hrs to complete this. I swear by the time this is completed you will be so fustrated you will give up. You can be turned down for a load because a file cant be compressed!!!
