Had bad experience with the company, portrayed as a liar.
Recently had problems with our 3 speed mechanical fan. Shops sent a mechanic who indicated that he could not fix the problem, but he did not get the fan to work at all 2 speeds for an hourly wage, but did 2. Agreed and for a fee of 116 euros, the fan did two speeds. That worked for 2 weeks and then the device stopped completely. Called Stores who claimed the installer recommended installing a new fan. This is absolutely not the case. Stores now advised installing a new fan. When we asked whether we could talk about installation costs (because 2 weeks ago it should have been possible to determine by a good mechanic that the fan had had its day), the response was that it was not haggling after all. ... No understanding, no leniency and the price quote for installing a new fan is now asking the main prize !!! Too bad, very unfortunate, in the past quite a few times appealed satisfactorily to Shops, but this. No thank you.

I read this on your site and I agree, mechanics know what they are talking about. But I think they should find another job because the schedule is as lax as can be in my opinion. Have been calling for a malfunction in an electrical outlet for six months, now I am told that it has (only) been put aside for a while
