Enjoyed food a large choose of food dishes. However I disappointed with the children play area.

Just what I wanted and expected

Went to the Brewers Fayre on Christmas Eve without a reservation and we were served no problem , the food was really good and the atmosphere within was very good and the front of house staff were great. I would go back again.

Service was adequate, speed of getting food a little slow, quality of food ok, pretty much what you would expect. Never going to win any awards. Price was very reasonable. Nothing to say 'don't come back'.

Part of a group staying over at premier inn next door and used this place for evening meal. Great staff,had a bit of wait for food but was told before ordering so cant complain too much but was longer than we were told. Food quantity and quality was no complaints with certainly value for money.

Nice place to grab a bite to eat, good menu options and staff were helpful.. reasonable prices too..worth a visit.

Arrived to be told we had to wait half an hour on a Wednesday, which was fair enough if they were busy which they were not, free tables all around the place but couldn't get seated as the tables were not clean, when we eventually got seated there was another wait for the food, ordered a burger which they didn't do apparently even hi it was on the menu so had to change my order when we actually ready to go get my refund when the food eventually came COLD at that won't be back children were losing heir patience having to wait so long as well absouloute failure from when we walked through the door will absolutely not be back quite sad you have to give a star because I would have gave the place a 0 if I could.

Very friendly staff , even though it was a busy night we were served within a short space of time, we had a lovely time meeting up with friends and the staff were very pleasant

Food was okay, remember to take in your parking ticket as you have to pay for the car park now (they'll refund you if you are buying food)

It's a nice place with good food prices are fine & dandy the staff were very helpful that's why I'll return. ( isnt that what your looking for. (FAYRE ENOUGH.)

We decided to visit this place due to it's location and close proximity to my friends home. Parking could be a problem at peak times as it is shared with the hotel next door but not on this occasion.
We were directed to our pre-booked table as we arrived. As you order at the bar, we did so for drinks and you can start a 'tab' for your table so it makes it easy for paying for everything as you leave.
Drinks were brought to the table, as was the food, promptly when we ordered it.
The food was lovely and being vegetarian, the choices on the menu were good.
All the food was enjoyed in our group, with the staff being helpful when asked for any help.
We would highly recommend this place as they tolerated our childish behaviour but it was my birthday!!!!

Excellent food, served all day. The breakfast is brilliant as well. They staff are great, friendly and accommodating! They all do a brilliant job, thank you all.

Service very slow and poor, we all had upset stomachs the next day.

We had a large famy meal there this evening as family were visiting from Australia, chips were overcooked, gammon steaks were on charred side,chicken came on one dinner and it was cold. Will certainly wont be back.

Four of us had lunch here today and were very disappointed.
Service was very slow. When the food eventually arrived the chips were cold also the Apple pies were all cold not very good at all

We pre booked this so my mum could be near the toilet as she s wheelchair bound and The staff showed where she would be situated to turn up and be reserved no where near where she wanted what a bloody joke and your service was a bloody joke and the meals don t even get me started my mum and dads 50th wedding anniversary meal was a disgrace from the start to finish NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely dreadful. Just left. Service was super slow. Drinks left sitting in eye sight before half an hour before being served so were flat and needed replaced. Food arrived and chips were cold. Burger bun was burnt, had clearly sat under a heater waiting to be brought out for a very long time. Shocking experience.

Rude staff,food takes ages then is over microwaved and is inedible used to be ok but has went downhill steadily over the last year or so won't be back

Terribly slow service nearly 2 hours for a kids meal and a tomato soup. No desert given to us after asking for it twice!

Good selection of food including children's menu. Staff helpful but always busy. Good playzone attached to entertain children for small fee. Handy location just off M80.

Great for kids but freezing and the heating appeared to be off

The food is average at best, plus my table was cleared and I lost my pint while trying to order dessert, to also find I was over charged for the meal.. watch out!!

No cask ale and only one single malt IN SCOTLAND. Food was good though and resorted to red wine but could be a lot better. Come on up your game no wonder Wetherspoons are doing so well.

This is what we call our local restaurant. We go there often. It is reasonably priced, the staff are very helpful and has a nice atmosphere. It has a good variety of food and drinks. Nothing fancy but always have a good meal and a pleasant visit.

Always a good place to go as a family if you have kids, as it makes it so easy for the kids to go in the soft play or the playground outside while being able to keep an eye on them from afar and be able to enjoy a grown up chat knowing the kids are safe. I'm giving 4 out of 5 as the food, carvery etc could be a bit better

I only went in here for drinks as we were staying in Premier Inn. Went in after concert in Glasgow. Staff very friendly. Good selection of beers. Clean and comfortable.

Payment for carpark isnt the best of welcome.

When you enter you are met with a sign saying "please wait to be seated" and after a few minutes of waiting around you are told to sit anywhere.
No one explains that you need to order at the bar so we were waiting and waiting on somone taking our order before we went to the bar to ask. When ordering soft drinks you are handed an empty glass with again no explanation as to what your supposed to do with it.

Food was good and the staff were nice but needs a bit better organisation
Will be back hopefully next visit will be better

Good value Monday to Friday deals and a Softplay for the kids means everyone is happy. Can get busy but usually OK most of the time.

Good food at a great price and staff friendly and efficient.

Excellent no complaints, staff very helpful. Amazing breakfast and kids go free!
