Food is okay nothing particularly stellar, wouldn't come back just not my styling, chicken was overpowered by the tomato sauce and apple pie was just mush and lukewarm.

Was taken by my daughter as a thank you and was really pleased with the food and the service

Our visit was very poor not the best of service we waited 40 minutes between starter and main course

We were served quickly. However, food is a bit more expensive than it's really worth. The floor and menus were sticky.

Was their sat night with my kids and friend. We had the buffet and a kids chicken nuggets their wasn't any labels to know what the food was the chargrilled chicken was rubbery. I think their was chilli con carne on a chicken buffet :/ we also had dessert I had the salted caramel apple crumble straight from the microwave parts where roasting hot parts where freezing cold. The biggest let down was the toilets No toilet roll and the shelves where thick with stour when was last time they where cleaned. Also slow to clean the plates away.

Food is good, reasonably priced. Restaurant was clean and staff were nice. No issues for small group

Ate here for four nights, as I was at the adjoining Premier Inn. Service very good food was what I would expect from this sort of chain. Great food served quickly.

Service was ok but cutlery was dirty. Food always good but off putting with the cutlery. I ll be back but now a bit weary.

Great place to meet with our friends who have young children. Play areas kept them occupied. Didn't hurt that we "had" to join in with them at times

Took vouchers for two for one the vouchers don't say kids meals don't count so the vouchers are not worth the paper they are on so three adults and one child they make a extra ten pounds off these vouchers so be careful but waiterist very good food ok

Over 45 minutes before drink order was taken then 15 minutes for the drinks to arrive we paid for the drinks then left without food.

Great place for quick pub grub. Nothing fancy, but good quality grub for reasonable prices. Great place to bring the kids. Kids menu and play area. Outside playpark when weather good or dry.

Twice we've been and the customer service has been appalling! Food not great either.

Great for kids with the soft play area and outdoor play area adults can have a good time while the kids enjoy themselves! Great for kids parties too!

Staff need training and development. If there is a wait for a table just say so. Not an issue. Just don't ignore/avoid customers waiting!

Very poor service, been waiting 20 minutes standing in a queue to be served.

Very slow service. The reception made people wait 30mins at the bar even there are plenty of tables open. So many people couldn't wait that long and left the restaurant.

Staying in the premier in while away away with work so been eating here for a few weeks now religiously. Service is slow and the food is standard.

Food is good. If you want a peaceful meal sit near the bar area.

No haddock available so ordered scampi only to be told there was no tartar sauce, poor for a restaurant. Food was freshly made and enjoyable.

Great place for families with young kids. Soft play keeps the kids entertained, continuous refills on draft juice and teas and coffees so good value for a play session.

I have a 2 year old and he just loves this place. I love it too as I get to eat in peace while he plays

Table booked for 7.30. Got there 7.20. Got seated looking at menu's we were asked if we wanted a drink around 7.50 we ordered food about 8.00. I had rib eye steak, more fat than steak. Won't have that again. IF we come back.

Coming from Australia and finding this great place was a great find! Allan, demi and clare where amazing! Jenny as the manager was super helpful and recommended some great meals. Great staff and great food! Highly recommend! We will be back!

Pretty much what you expect from a brewers fayre. Right next to the hotel, decent servings, good food @ reasonable prices, just busy and noisy.

This had been a trusted stop over point for the past few years when breaking the journey up to Forres. Always been good and reliable but the last couple of visits have seen a decline in service quality. I hope this is a temporary blip.

Soup was OK but the Sunday roast wasn't very good , the roast beef was like leather , the roast turkey was very dry but the gravy helped that out and the roast ham was OK I think because it was so small a slice I mistook it for turkey , was there with the family and every one of us didn't enjoy our meals even the mash potatoes weren't nice either , don't thing any one of us will be returning any time soon

Reasonable food and drink for the price but disappointed that you now have to pay to use the soft play if you bring along children

Staff very friendly. Had to wait for table put by the time we got a drink we only had about 10 mins to wait. Very clean and welcoming. I did however think it was quite expensive for what you get. Daughter wanted a burger but all the burgers More

Love the one at Linwood, but out experience at this one was not as good. Waited ages on starters, then we had our mains long before our son was served his and again long wait for desserts... The staff were all lovely and apologetic in fairness, they appeared bto be short staffed

Service was slow and claim to have 50% off due to the government scheme which they did not give us we had to pay the entire bill!

The food was nice tho.

Great service good food...a promotion was on for holidays but no code number given with receite.. upholstery dirty...needs a facelift...but I would go back....good food offers.

It was very busy and the staff were really friendly and helpful we had not booked but we only waited for 20 minute, food was good and the service was excellent, we had been in a few mornings before and service was excellent and the lady who served us was very attentive and friendly she was working with a man who I think was in charge. We will be back

Waited 50 mins for food and it was over cooked, server never brought out the ketchup ghat i requested would not mind if it was busy, but there was more staff than customers..no one asked if food was ok.. staff was too busy talking about what to wear gor a work night out... not impressed.

Food ok needs menu changes but if u like the old ones like smothered chicken

My daughter and I took my three year old granddaughter here on her birthday for her dinner, we chose this place because of the soft play facilities. We ordered our dinner and let the wee one play while waiting on our food, however, because the soft play area was closing soon, they put our food on another table out with the soft play area and failed to tell us for at least 5 minutes, meaning that by the time the soft play area was closing and we got the wee one out and shoes back on etc, not only had our food been left unattended for 10-15 minutes, it was also stone cold! Not good customer service.

Typical chain, predictable but reliable menu and service. Slightly disappointed menu indicated items not available due to menu changes but not the end of the world.

This place has went downhill faster than an Olympic skier , my fresh salad on my prawn cocktail may have been fresh at one time but it certainly wasn't today my Ultimate sausage and mash arrived minus the onions listed on the menu and minus any cutlery to eat it with when i told the girl she robbed some cutlery from another table ....classy . When i informed the young man serving that i had no onions he said sorry and arrived back at the table with a thimble full of overcooked crispy dried up onions looked like they had been scraped off a Pizza. I asked a lady who brought a drink to another table if i could order desert she looked at me as if i had just murdered her 5yr old granddaughters kitten needless to say the said desert took about 20 mins to arrive only after i asked onion boy to chase it up for me it was only apple crumble and custard i think they must grow their own apples and ultimately the desert spoon it came with smelt like it had been washed in a puddle ......last visit EVER to this place cheers..........

Waited too long on food and when it arrived chips were burnt and chicken over cooked.

It's very family oriented it's got a children friendly play area Food is OK. We were there as pir great granddaughter first birthday.

Standard family pub in an unexciting location, but with really good and cheap soft play

Been coming here for many years - we are a differently abled family with a seemingly never ending collection of babies, toddlers and primary aged children .
Playroom has underdone a much needed and fabulous transformation in recent times and the staff there are very patient, cheery and child friendly .

5 pounds 18 for 2 very ordinary teas is high by any standards. We don't all wish to take extra cups but seem to be paying the price for others to do so. A suggestion could be to choose whether or not we wish 1 tea or pay more for the option of topping up. The soft play is well priced but this cost put me.off.

Slow service, sweet arrived before main course, food mediocre.

Food was disgusting so they gave me my money back. Will never eat there again
