I just wanted to share my experience with Chris, I was looking for a car during the pandemic and also the death of my mother-in-law and he was extremely Respectful,knowledge and informational. It was little things like him sending me videos of the car and letting me see them before I would go into the store. That to me was a over and beyond great sales person. I will definitely recommend Chris at Walzer polar Chevy To anyone looking for a car.

Had a fantastic experience working with Kayla Kaiser on the purchase of my vehicle at Walser Polar Chevrolet! Kayla took the time to answer any questions via email before I showed up at the dealership (also sent me personalized videos) and when I showed up the car was ready for me to inspect and then take for a test drive. Pretty smooth process.

My experience at Polar Chevrolet was fantastic.

I was at the Auro Nation Ford dealership down the road and honestly had a bad experience. I walked in to ford, was not greeted, I was told by the sales person I was working with that it was busy and to just "go look in the back". I was in "the back" for about 45 minutes before my salesperson came back and by then, I was fed up and walked out and made my way to Chevrolet.

I pulled in the Chevrolet dealership and started looking at vehicles. It was at this time that Steven made his way out to us (we hadn't entered yet) and greeted us. He stayed with my wife and I through the buying process, was friendly, not pushy and honestly felt like he was trying to do right by us, the customer.

I highly recommend Polar Chevrolet if your in the new or used car buying market. Also, look for Steven!

Pretty straight forward transaction. Good attitude of staff and attention to details. No messy paperwork and matrix printers squeaking away in some "finance manager" office :) The sales person does the whole thing on the tablet and prints out the paperwork in minutes.

In and out in a couple of hours. Not bad! It could have been quicker if I didn't have to listed to the sales pitch of additional warranty, interior protection and rust protection. Oh well. That will go away eventually soon too... Just like the good old matrix printers :)

Lastly - no stupid games with discounts vs financing etc... Straight forward price and a great rate from a bank. Appreciate it very much!

My check engine light was on when I started up my car this morning. Dropped my son off at school and stopped by on my way home to see what the issue was. Mike, the general manager from what I understand, got my car back to be seen right away, and the mechanics fixed my issue in a couple of hours. Jim, their shuttle driver had my car washed for me since it looked so dirty and I was on my way again. Jim has shuttled me home many times and is a sweet man and his gesture of washing my car made my morning, thank you.

Searched for used vehicles online. Went to a few used dealerships and other lots and found walser Chevrolet and I salesman was more then genuine and caring finding me the right vehicle! I had a few questions and he answered and got the keys for different trucks to show and let me test drive. Jock was really there for me not just to make a sale ! I enjoyed the whole experience! I would recommend buy a vehicle from walser to everyone! Go see jock at walser ! They're the best on 61! Thanks for everything!

What a great dealership! I'm from northern Idaho, and I drove clear to the Twin Cities to buy my new car. That's over 1400 miles, but the experience was worth the drive. I knew I'd found the right dealership when my salesman, Rod Scofield, agreed to come in on his day off to process all the paperwork. Not only was it his day off, but it was also a day when he had to make special arrangements for his son because someone at their school had been exposed to COVID. Rod did all of this just because I was excited for the new car and wanted to make the trip out to Minnesota the very next day. What more could you ask for? I'm sure Walser Polar has many great and experienced sales people. But if you are in the market for a new car, ask for Rod!!!

Zach was pleasant & friendly. I completed an online appointment almost a week before I could get in , even received a confirmation email, but the system didn't show me coming, yet everything went smooth. Thank you.

I knew the exact car I wanted to drive off the lot with and went and saw Rod on the Walser Polar team. He was professional and understanding of my needs. The process was straightforward and kudos to the team for delivering the vehicle to me due to schedule conflicts. Would recommend to anyone looking for a professional and courteous team!
