Viewpoint Dual Recovery Center Reviews

$73,000 for 2 months with insurance!? Do not trust anything they tell you! Before I went to Viewpoint I was told by their intake coordinator I was in-network and everything was covered . Two months into my stay, the CEO (Amy) said that even though I really was out-of-network I had nothing to worry about, just pay my in-network deductible. Months later, after I left, I received a letter (see attached) stating insurance didn t pay them enough so they would pass the cost on to me. Now I'm headed to collections and bankruptcy (see attached) (keep in mind this is for a two month stay).

We can t begin to express our deepest gratitude to Viewpoint Recovery for all they have done for our son and family. We appreciate their caring, their fortitude, their patience. They have wonderful counselors and Tim was incredible. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you. We highly recommend them.

The only thing I learned from this treatment center and my therapist was to be honest and live with integrity in my recovery program. I m not going to be rude and write negatively, however, there were some conversations with the program director that hurt deeply. I will leave it at that. It was not truth, it was a moment in my life that changed me forever regarding my mental health.

I adored my therapist and their groups were very effective. Some clients excel and I was not one of those clients - I accept reality for what it is. The homes were awesome. Try it, they are VERY patient.

This Recovery Center has helped our family member. Tim Sanderson and the whole crew of people out there have come to our family's rescue, and saved our loved one. They go beyond what other centers do, and we appreciate them, and look forward to enjoying our family member again soon.

VP is a great place to go for recovery/mental health issues. The staff is caring and the clients all have a sense of community with one another and I made lots of good friends here. It isn t always the easiest place to be but that s recovery for you. I would wager that this is one of the best in Prescott, and they have a lot of success with changing the lives of clients. I had a good time here.

Viewpoint Dual Recovery Center was the right place at the right time for our son. Multiple previous rehab facilities prior to Viewpoint Dual Recovery were missing the mark in our situation. The holistic approach taken by Viewpoint Dual Recovery, to understand the mental state and issues in coordination with addiction recovery is where it's at. In my opinion, no other does it better. Everyone at Viewpoint Dual Recovery are very nice and tenured in their professions which lead to be best possible outcome. My son and our entire family will be forever thankful for the staff at Viewpoint Dual Recovery.

My boyfriend passed away and I went there afterwards. They made me delete all of the pictures of us off of my phone and told me that he didn t really love me. They also cross professional boundaries and the owner Amy and her mother Caroline are extremely unprofessional. Caroline is not a doctor but she gets involved with the clients in a very unprofessional way and she is very harsh and outspoken. I would never talk to anyone the way she talks to people. This place is just in it for the money and none of the clients I went through with were able to stay sober after this treatment center. They are not good if you are on probation. They believe in sending clients to jail If they make any mistakes which is not how to treat sick addicts. Would never recommend to anyone I care about.

In my experience, Viewpoint has been a great place to be. I have been treated with respect and have received excellent care during my stay. Viewpoint has high expectations but with hard work they can be met. I highly recommend seeking treatment at this facility for it will be highly beneficial to your recovery.

I would like to make a HUGE shoutout to Viewpoint Dual Recovery Center for saving my life. They took me last minute when no other place would take me and worked with me giving me to tools I needed to walk through this chapter in my life. It was a tough program but when you walk out healthy on the other side it will be worth the work.

The treatment team here is really spectacular and I'm so grateful for my new found positive view and goals for the future thanks to that outstanding team!

This facility is amazing at providing the tools and nessecary advice to help those find recovery from addiction and mental health disorders. The house mangers and clinicians are experienced professional man and woman who take the needs of their clients with understanding and compassion. I am sincerely grateful for the spark of wanting and needing recovery that they helped me discover within myself . The housing locations are scenic and a very comfortable homelike environment that make the focus on healing much more enjoyable process. Anybody who may need help getting on the positive path you deserve look into Viewpoint Dual Recovery!!!!
