Town of Orange Park Reviews

Be careful buying a house in this area.. if you're zoned for Town of Orange Park in Clay County, you might have to pay them water/sewage. My electric bill from JEA is cheaper than my water/sewage bill from Town of Orange Park! When I signed up they told me after all of their miscellaneous fees, my water/sewage bill would be AT LEAST $65 a month.. My bill is always $67-$73. It kills me knowing I could be paying only $10 for my actual usage :( I wish they weren't the only option.

I love that a lot of events are hosted here throughout the year. The fall festival is my favorite event that exists here.

VERY helpful, when I moved into my rental home it was late friday evening when we pulled up with the Uhaul, grass was overgrown on property and we were sweaty from moving all day had 5 kids all under the age of 11 with the youngest being 2 when I went to start a bath I soon realized that we had NO WATER...I had called JEA and had turned that on but to my surprise they didnt service water, they sent a man out who turned the water on as an emergency favor!!! They were super helpful and worked with me Monday on a time frame fir me to pay the deposit before turning the water off again!

The events are great as far as the department where you pay water Town Hall is extremely high $60 reconnect fee plus the amount of the month water,waste,and garbage. I was told by management no arrangement or extensions I later was told there was. The same time I was in there paying my bill I was the only one paying a reconnect fee... #Freedom
