Warm greetings, professionalism, and abundant courtesy shown to me by all members of the sales team (from Jung Lee, to the Mgr, and the Finance Lead) was a good experience. The candid discussion and transparency was done in good spirit and in full disclosure of the history of the CPO, warranty, service expectations, etc. Lastly, the follow up call (Customer Relationship Mgr) was a nice touch to reaffirm the relationship does not end after the purchase.

Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

It was my first experience with service at Porsche. It sounds like an oxymoron, but it was delightful. How is servicing your car a delight? Marcy was a treasure from booking the appointment and seeing it through with some more charm from Fara . I had my tiny puppy with me so contractually I couldn't take my loaner. No problem!!! They chauffeured me down to the Audi Lounge and within an hour my car arrived serviced and cleaned. Thank you all

Working with Alexandra was amazing! exceptional customer service skills and very easy to work with. Worked hard to get me the deal I wanted and was able to get the car ready for pick up the next day.

First, let me start by saying these views are all my experience with the Porsche 2020 franchise. The quality of care for the vehicle and the customer is no longer the most important part of the experience. Selling cars is, and because of this mentality, the value of the brand is no longer what it use to be.

Had a noise coming from my car. Happened to be a nail lodged into my tire. The service center removed it and gave me a complimentary carwash. Very happy with the service.

This was a great buying experience with a fair price, exceptional service and great follow through. Thank you to Adam and Jeff for making this so easy.
