Sean, Alan + Jermina are the best in business. I've gone to every big name salon in the city and Tosler Davis has quickly become my fav. I always leave with fab hair and have sent lots of friends and clients who have fallen in love with them as well. Run don't walk!
I have been going to Tosler Davis for over 10 years. Feels like a fancy, luxurious place, but never pretentious. Never a time drain, and top of the line customer service. My hairdresser is the BEST - I cannot imagine going anywhere else!

Arthur is my colorist and he does a great job, gives me a warm brunette color that had movement and life, not a dull flat brown. And, he is so fun and interesting to chat with. You wont be sorry going to him

What a lovely place! From the enjoyable phone calls when I make an appointment to the moment I pay & stroll out happy, it's a thoroughly wonderful experience at a fine establishment.
Alan Tosler is the best stylist in New York City. I have never had a better cut, and I have very difficult curly hair. Go see him! I recommend him without hesitation!
Would ANYONE else get an email from their hair salon offering options for coloring their hair while we're all in lock-down? I appreciate the warm texts checking in on me and I certainly appreciate the efforts to keep us a little more sane during this turbulence. Sean and Alan and their compatriots ALWAYS do a superb job. I can't wait to return to them!
Albert and Heather are WONDERFUL!!!! Every time I go in, I come out feeling great. They are truly artistic magical people. I have long despised getting my hair done. But, since I have been with them (About 5 years?) I look forward to it! They are lovely and so good at what they do. I highly recommend going to Tosler Davis, so that you can be uplifted too.

Even though I stopped commuting to NYC over 3 years ago, I cannot give up my colorist Sean and my stylist Alan. I make the trek into the city monthly for my hair color and quarterly for a cut. I always get compliments on how great my hair looks. But more importantly, I love the way it always looks whether it is the day I have it done or the day before I have it done, it looks fabulous. The staff is professional and friendly always remembering my name. The salon is impeccably clean and the atmosphere cheerful. It is simply the best!
When my hairdresser moved to France a few years ago I thought I would never find someone who could properly and professionally style my hair, while understanding my needs/lifestyle. Well I was wrong. I found Tosler Davis and the stylist Heather, and I can only hope that Heather will never move away. Since my hair cut, two weeks ago, I have received so many compliments and now, once again, I feel extremely pleased with my hair style. In addition, the salon is beautifully appointed (sans pounding music) and everyone was very professional and welcoming.

I have been getting my hair cut by Patty for about 4/5 years. There's no other like her. She's an expert haircutter & very sweet on top of that.She listens to what you want & makes suggestions based on her expertise. I have never been disappointed & will continue to see her until she's no longer a hairdresser or moves out of NY :-).
Great service. The complimentary tidy up is useful and appreciated. The systems for booking and changing appointments make them so simple to use.
This place deserves more stars. Makes you feel like a real celebrity! The entire staff is professional and friendly. I started going to Konnor, the stylist and I will never go anywhere else. He is easy to talk to, (attractive), and always make you laugh. He really cares about the well being of your hair unlike other salons. My hair (and eyebrows) come out PERFECT everytime. People that see me everyday even noticed the difference in my hair when I started coming to Tosler Davis. I drive an hour and a half to come here and it is well worth every second. My hair is naturally black and I'm now (and have been since I've been coming) a really light blonde. The owners are always there to help and have a smile on their face. They use the best of the best hair products and I know I'm always in good hands. Tosler Davis is definitely the BEST salon in the tri-state area and I would recommend their services to ANYONE. :-)

I've been going to Albert for years, and when he made the move to Tosler Davis I had only good things to say. The salon is clean, smart, and hip without being pretentious. Everyone that works there is friendly and great at what they do. Albert Naglieri is a master colorist (Yes, I'm driving 6 hours from my Summer place in upstate NY to get my color) and an equally talented stylist. I can't recommend him highly enough - and same for the salon and other stylists. You can't go wrong with anyone there from what I've seen. Wonderful Salon!

Very good service, color was exactly what I wanted. This is my new go to salon. It s a lot more laid back than other high end NYC salons, there are no over the top screaming queens which is refreshing. Only suggestion is to remove that naked child in the tutu photo by the wash sinks, I m sure it was expensive but it s kind of disturbing.

Not only is the space cool and in a great location, but the people there are always so attentive and kind. Jermina is my stylist and she is amazing! Request her. You will not be sorry. She really listens to you and always delivers!
I have been going to Tosler Davis for years. The space is beautiful and staff warm and welcoming. Maureen is my colorist and is simply amazing. She has a gift for knowing exactly what is needed . I am usually hesitant to recommend a salon, but I never hold back when I encourage everyone to go to Tosler Davis! There has not been one friends that hasn't loved there experience.

I was visiting New York from overseas and decided to book an appointment with Shane at Tosler Davis after reading the positive reviews about him! So glad I went! Shane did a marvelous blow dry for me for an event that evening and the curls were so lasting. He also used a curling iron to create the effect I wanted! He also gave me tips on how I could keep the curls longer during the day. He s got a wonderful personality and gave me recommendations for some restaurant and drinks places which my New York friends said were spot on !
I followed Maureen and Albert from Benestry to Tosler Davis about 5 years ago. I've written reviews before for Tosler Davis and continue to write that the hair cut and coloring, the conversation, the whole team are terrific.
Shane has been my hairstylist for over 10 years....he cuts, colors and perms my hair and is the BEST! His blowouts are amazing! I look to him for recommendations and he always deliver. Always walk out of the salon happy and refreshed! We are both foodies so constantly get suggestions there as well. A great salon with excellent service and a warm environment.

I love all of the folks at Tosler Davis, but mostly I love my stylist Albert. He is the most talented hair professional I have ever gone to, and I am lucky to be his client. We have been together a very long time! Color is his strength, but I love his cuts too, and I go to him for both. Strangers have stopped me on the street to compliment me on my hair!! The staff there are great, I have always received fantastic service.
