We bought our tub three years ago and the whole process from placing the order, through delivery and installation was handled with complete professionalism, the team at The Hot Tub Superstore did exactly as they had promised and always with a smile. But it is what has happened in the three years since we took delivery of our tub that has prompted me to write this review. There have been occasions when we have had to call The Hot Tub Superstore, to buy chemicals etc and a couple of times with technical issues, on every occasion they have responded quickly and effectively, once even sending out a technician free of charge to correct an issue that we had inadvertently caused. The after sales support that the guys consistently provide is second to none and a real breath of fresh air. This company sets the standard for customer service, First class !!

We received delivery and installation of a Legend 6 yesterday and the service was excellent. The guys arrived on time and were very pleasant and helpful. If only all trades people were the same. I also contacted them for additional spare filters and they handled the enquiry very well. They are already on their way to us! We are very happy with the choice of tub and hoping for a long and healthy partnership! I can only recommend the Hot Tub Superstore most highly. Very well done and many thanks.

We chose The Hot Tub Superstore as they had been recommended on various forums for their excellent customer service and we also wanted the reassurance of the build quality of a Master Spa. We opted for the Force 8 tub and have not been disappointed. The installation team were friendly and knowledgeable, filling the tub, setting up the chemicals and showing us how to operate it. I have also used The Hot Tub Superstore to purchase chemicals and a spare filter. If you ring up chemical shop, it is most likely that you will speak to Darren, who is also very helpful and can answer any questions you have regarding the products. Thanks again.

We were looking at different hot tubs from different companies over the country we chose The Hot Tub Superstore because they very very professional and not pushy with their sales. Chloe explained about all the different tubs available and we were very happy with the price and quality so we paid our deposit and booked a delivery date.
Due to bad weather our builders could not complete their work for the tub base so we had to reschedule the delivery date but this was no problem and Chloe simply gave us another date.
We needed a crane to lift the tub over our house but getting both the crane company and the tub instillation team had to work together was no problem at all and both companies were very Covid safe while working at our property and the instillation team were very polite and fully explained how to use our new Hot tub.
I would recommend the hot tub superstore to anyone who wants a quality product and professional service.

I purchased a hot tub from Hot Tub Superstore in 2017, as a total novice never only one before.
From that day the company were always on the end of the phone with helpful advice, and support to enable me to enjoy a hot tub to the fullest.
Unfortunately due to ill health I had to contact the company recently to ask for my hot tub to be relocated to a more accessible place in a forever garden for my wife.
After speaking with Dean, Damian and Ross the company have done everything in their power to help this to happen.
It s those kind of things that make a company like the Hot Tub Superstore stand out from the rest.

The hot tub is amazing. We bought the legend 6 and we use everyday. Whole family enjoying. The jets are great, it is easy to maintain and the sound system is fantastic. The delivery timeline was as promised. The sales and customer service have been responsive and a delight to deal with. Hot tub is well built and well insulated. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful company to order from. This is our first ever hot tub - the Legend 6. From enquiry to asking lots of questions to delivery and set up; these people are amazing! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. On delivery day the guys were fabulous getting our tub into the garden and in place for us. Great sense of humour and very informative about how to use our tub. We can t wait to enjoy it now!

Excellent service from the very start, from looking at the showroom with Chloe down to the guys who installed the hot tub, and finally even ordering extra products over the phone with the shop manger Darren. They all have full product knowledge and help with every question. I cant recommend enough, were very happy with our evolution S2 with its great build quality and really simple controls, this hot tub looks great in the evening with the internal lighting and the external cabinet lighting.

Always great customer service, very fast, efficient and fab instruction when experiencing technical issues/problem solving, or if you have chemical questions. I have needed quite a bit of instructing/tuition over the last 3 years and you guys have always assisted me with enthusiasm and excellent instruction, you've always taken your time to make me feel like nothing is to much trouble. It has been very much appreciated, so thank you, especially to Dillan whom has dealt with my numerous questions on many occasions. If you ever find yourself suddenly in charge of a hot tub and you need to learn the tech you will be excellently guided. Thank you :)

We've recently had to Force 8 hot tub delivered, and we absolutely love it!

The service in ordering it was great, and the guys who delivered and installed it were absolutely amazing. We couldn't fault them at all. They were friendly and professional and got the installation done pretty quickly!

Today I phoned Darren to order some more water care products to stock up, and he was also really helpful and friendly on the phone.

The only problem we have is that our jets are making a horrible sound all of a sudden. I've messaged the team though, and I have every confidence they'll be able to help us get to the bottom of it
