The hotel seems old, but the interior of the room is well maintained. Worth for the price. They also provide covid protocol

Totally this is a terrible hotel , safety & security is so poor , house keeping doesn't clean room well and every where is full of wastes , all of hotel area smells so bad , breakfast menu is so poor too , you pay for 4 stars hotel but the services are as nonstar hotel , I won't come to this place again , its unbelieveable .......

I was here only to "enjoy" the meeting room. Enyway, I kinda like the food and they provide different menu each day. But, it can get very crowded especially when at the same time, people held events in other rooms. I found it inconvenient that the hotel is in the "Ganjil Genap" area and there is no alternative access to the hotel.

Poor taste of coffee. Some food are too salty.

I stayed here for 1 night and it was amazing. I really enjoyed it. The deluxe room is really clean and smells good. The breakfast is also complete.

AC was not work, hot room. And the staff didnt give a good solution! So bad service

From outside, it looks like old, but the interior is modern and comfortable.
