The staff was correct but the bed was rubbish. Very bad mattress quality that made us not rest well. I think they should take care of that much more since in my opinion it is one of the fundamental pillars of a hotel.

Lovely hotel, nice varied selection for breakfast included in the price which is reasonable for the service they offer. The hotel is just few minutes from the train station where to get trains to Madrid centre. The staff very helpful, speaking very good English. We definitely would like to come back there next time we will visit Madrid.
