It would be nice if you ask for a room for non-smokers to get the one you ask for when booking.

Had a very poor stay here whilst in Madrid on Business. The Wi-Fi did not work, the Biday tap exploded which soaked my work clothes, the hairdryer did not work. I did not enjoy the food at all. I speak limited Spanish but the hotel staff so just about managed to get booked in and find out about breakfast but the Lady on the desk was very unwilling to try understand me.

Very good stay and very friendly and friendly reception, free parking included !!!

Great location if you have to go to the Financial City of Santander. Very good quality price ratio and very attentive staff. If I had to propose an improvement I would point to mattresses, but I insist, very well in general.

Better than expected It is a 3 star from 'high zone'. The rooms very well, spacious bathroom. The very quiet place, super comfortable underground parking (free, without ticket or barrier). The correct breakfast buffet. The food very loose.

Let's see, the hotel is not bad if it wasn't for the beds. The beds are super uncomfortable and are damaged. I only stayed one night, if I had stayed longer it would have destroyed my entire back. All the springs of the mattress are noticed and it seems as if it was going to sink from one moment to another. If I had to say something good it would be the friendliness of the staff.

18 guests without water, no shower, no water, no TV, I think it will be the first and last time I will stay in this hotel. Very bad.

The rooms are fine, but there is no restaurant service. The only option for dinner is to call a nearby telepizza.

An unbeatable price and very good quality. When not serving dinner we call Dominos pizza. And problem fixed. We bought Warner + hotel. It is a little far but easy access and free parking. We will be back.

I have nothing to object, very cool and simple hotel, with everything you need to spend the night quiet. The only thing I can emphasize is the bathroom door: it's made of glass. If you stay with someone, keep in mind that the "door" is symbolic. Everything else, excellent.

The hotel is well has the basics to spend a night or because you come to Madrid for a visit to Boadilla or want to spend a lost night. For me the soft pillows but that goes in tastes. The TV remote didn't work.

Functional but far from Boadilla (industrial estate), not very comfortable beds, individual gels (made in China) generates large amount of plastic waste. More or less current building, good breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The maintenance of the rooms, mine, at least, leaves a lot to be desired. I had several light bulbs that did not work. the cleanliness was very good. They do not have a mini-fridge in the rooms. They do not have a restaurant for lunch, only for breakfast (buffet) and dinner (pretty good). The location, close to the road, is very good to leave in any direction. On the other hand, it is located in the middle of an industrial estate, there are no "attractions" in the surroundings and you depend on the vehicle or public transport for everything. You have a light Metro stop a couple of minutes walk away. In light rail it is about 10 'from the metro network Madrid and about 5' from Boadilla. It is a hotel, basically, for people who are going to do business in the area.

Very bad. I stayed two nights at this hotel. I left at 6 in the morning. I returned at 12.30 and they had not made my room, which was triple. I left at 2:30 pm and when I returned at 9:00 pm, the room was still undone and there was no possibility of doing it because there was no cleaning service. The receptionist was very friendly and brought me clean towels, but the service has been lousy. I had never experienced this in any hotel.
