Moderate place, good ambience but too many restrictions

Maaadness, insane crowd, great music. Had a great time with bunch of my friends. Loved it!

Serene! Their Rooms are built out of Old Structures which give a Royal Look to the place.

Vintage charm and pleasantly Green in the heart of Bangalore!

A well maintained and a humbled staff. Good communication and makes sure that there is nothing left out, in case of information, for the customers or clients.

They do not know how to manage a corporate event and people end up standing in lines waiting for the food as the refill was not being supplied on time. Poor management. 3stars for the property though

We had our office annual day at Taj west end. A very beautiful property and green environment in the middle of the city. Good for outing or brunch with family and friends.

Awesome historic property and awesome Taj experience as usual. It is located near all historic (British era i.e.) properties of Bengaluru. If you're into vintage bungalow kind of place in a quiet serene setting then I'd highly recommend it.

We chose this accomodation at a very crucial time of this Covid-year and could not agree more with our decision. Taj West End offers very hygienic, luxury and comfort place to stay with no seconds thoughts. This accomodation followed all the COVID safe standards. My mother(67 years old) who recently travelled from NewYork to Bangalore feels very comfortable and safe with all the support from the Staff.
Special shout-out to Shivani who was very welcoming with her great hospitality nature made my mother feel home. As my mother needed extra-help with all the available amenities or to settle-in, Shivani was very helpful. She is indeed extremely professional, very caring, meets customer expectation that one could expect at this challenging times.

Went there for a corporate event. This is too beautiful with lots of greenery, huge tress and gardens. cottages and bungalows all surrounded by mesmerising flora and fauna would certainly be a delight for travellers. Situated near bangalore race course road it provides good access to IT parks and city s other important destinations.

Absolutely fantastic food and service and ambience and everything :)) Loved this place. I ll surely plan on going here at least one time in my visits to Bangalore!

Buffet was very good but the staff seemed not the usual standard, for example the young man at the roasts table had no idea how to carve the turkey or the pork or the fish, he was just hacking at the perfectly cooked meats.

Had been to Blue Ginger in the last week of November and the experience was amazing.

Loved the way they welcomed us with the Garlands and the traditional kunkum(bindi), the location where the restaurant is situated is lovely and romantic.

Since we opted for set course menu, we saved a lot of time deciding on the dishes and the food was very delicious aswell, not a single dish was disappointing. I especially loved the veg soup and the desserts(guess it was lemon grass ice cream and water chestnut kheer).

The chef dropped by to say Hi, the customer reps tending to our table were very attentive and their service is very appreciative! CHEERS GUYS.

Overall, a great experience and would definitely visit again.

A serene and calm place amid hustle bustle of heart of BANGALORE

A quaint and charming property that contrasts sharply with the hubbub of the city. A place that seems oddly out of the city, now much infamed for its din and bustle, yet right there in its heart. The rooms are spread all across the sprawling property and offer a feel of staying in a resort. The verdant surroundings have some very old trees which add to the old world charm and may interest the nature lovers. A place worth the stay.

One of the best and silent place in bengalure where only rich guyz can afford... We canot blame them, because its a 5 star rated hotel controled by the great taj group... Food and the ambience is graet out there...

This place is a very unique experience. Where in the world do you get to stay at a 5-star hotel that's smack in the middle of a natural rain forest? Animals, sounds, smells, and green all around. Mostly untouched by man.

Best hotel I stayed so far. lush green environment, fresh air, delicious food, pristine, no city pollution n noises, just opposite to Bangalore Turf Club. it's a whole new world inside.
Called for an operator as I couldn't find the TV channel in the remote. I was unaware that I accidentally switched the "Do not Disturb" on. For about n hour the operator was wandering outside the room without knocking the door. I called again for the delay of the service. I was told that the operator is right outside my room since n hr. Top Hospitality.

This place is amazing! Good ambience and a best place to throw party.

Attended Step n out tonight function on 15 Feb and it was fabulous. There was live music band with flee market - some very notable stuffs there. Live band music was great part esp. Song splayed by Mandala band. Amazing place.

Can't get anything better place in Bangalore to stay

Nice hotel, but service is pathetic for non regulars, avoid if you are not a regular customer. Got the feedback from the customer service. I hope they will improve the services for one time guest so will improve my ratings.
