Fabulous hors d'oeuvres, great ambiance. That's West End always.

As the name suggest it's heritage. The hotel is in the centre of the city and it's connected pretty well. The rooms and hotels are very well maintained and they are mark of the kings life. Very peaceful well maintained heritage. The food is outstanding and all the restaurant serve best in class food. Staff is very courteous and gentle and take care of all the need. They are responsive and attentive in all situation. The stay was overall excellent and would love to drop by again.

Really a place to behold in the heart of urban Bangalore.

Went here to attend a wedding.... They decorated the venue very nicely. Gave enough breathing space for all the people attending the wedding. It's very wide spread.
Food was very average though, very bland. They could have catered to all the audience, considering that there were so many food options. Staff were very courteous. Rooms were fine, beds were good.. Bathroom door was faulty, was not getting locked!

Never expected to see such a greenish campus in the midst of the city.

Nice place to stay, restaurant, very cooperative service oriented people, we can completely relaxed when we there because plenty green vegetation with the restorent, pool side for relaxing, nice vegetarian, non vegetarian food, five star hotel with international standards maintained, children park, free valet parking

The Taj West End is one of the historic hotels in Bangalore with a history dating back to more than 125+ years. It is a great hotel with good luxury features while having a lot of greenery also. The management takes care such that the plants are maintained in their pristine format giving a cool effect to the whole area even while the climate is hot. There are a variety of international cuisines to try and good recreational activities are also available. The staff are good and the place is popular among international travelers who want luxury in the heart of Bangalore.

A league apart. The resort feels like one distant from the city, calm and peaceful, although actually its in the heart of Bangalore.

Great place, great location. Been to Taj West end for corporate training sessions for two days. It is unlike any other five star hotels, it is like going to resorts inside forest with many old tress and lot of greenery. The food was good but can't comment about the over all food as it was just meant for the the conference. The staffs were really courteous and friendly. Overall five stars

Recently I delivered a motivational pep-talk here for a Bengaluru based client and stayed at the hotel for one night too. I instantly fell in love with this property. Since it used to be a palace once, it's royal, really royal. The rooms are biiiggg, beds are grand, the bath is lavish! The team is extremely proactive and service oriented. The ball room where I delivered my session was super-large and had very good acoustics. Highly recommended property for your important events.

to be honest 5 star rated hotels charm has disappeared. the interiors of this centrally located property look tired and dated. convention hall looks like some marriage hall. overall disappointed with this hotel. Needs a fresh relook. Just relies on Taj brand name

Excellent property to stay in the heart of the city! This hotel is a heritage property from the British Era! The check in was pretty smooth with Joseph helping us fulfil formalities fairly quickly before showing us around us the property. We were also lucky to get upgraded to the next room on check in! The room is quite big and has nice decor to it ! I loved the closet and the bathroom as it was fairly spacious and big! Facilities are well maintained! We also requested late check out and it was approved! The hotel has a lot of trees inside and has a nice spa and a swimming pool as well! Worth spending time at Taj west end

Should improve the service and hospitality. Room's are too good but front office is poor

This is a heritage property, over 125 years old, with enough history to keep even the most ardent history buffs engaged for hours. Do not miss their tour for guests at 5. The gardens are awe-inspiring with a Gulmohar tree which is over 280 years old. You can spot a variety of birds, butterflies and flora, with some native trees which are found very rarely. Along with the Taj hospitality, amazing food and fantastic service, this is a resort in the middle of a crazy busy city.

Awesome place, great greenery and lovely place to hangout with friends and family. Food is good and so is the service.

We went as part of the company dinner banquet, for the snack was but service was bad. The waiter would serve table randomly leaving some tables completely unattended. We had to literally call out the waiter to get something on our table. I think they should more innovative when serving a crowd of approx 500 people. Food is average. Ambeince is good.

Lovely place with British era architecture. Good food and service at Mynt, although super overpriced.

The ambience in general is amazing here, even with social distancing rules in place. Stopped by Mynt for lunch, and the food is of good quality, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hefty quantity that is served.

Well it's kinda classic rooms but was not good enough

Nice cool hotel and weather looks like a old palace
