My daughter is enrolled here for gymnastics and swimming lessons. It has great facilities with friendly instructors and staffs.

Poor customer service, specially with make up lessons I have provided medical certificate for my daughter right after the absent day and they didn't inform me about makeup class untill I chase them frequently and they gave me only one time slot for makeup class, asked for another time slot and no reply...
I am not blaming front line staff but those who r taking decisions for make up class are hopeless...

it would be a miracle if the sgac picks up their phone. Does not matter when you call. Never experienced anything like it!

Cancelling my kids membership after a good year.
Very disappointed with staff who was unable to handle a dispute of one parent with me. That shameful parent has no respect and idea of talking in front of kids. that parent tried to create a scene and staff helped him instead of hearing both sides in office (with no kids). had to keep quite because of kids. Simply lack the capability of investigate and resolving the conflict.

My son goes for swimming, center is good and clean. Staff is friendly as well.

Extremely poor front desk staff, unaware of their own processes of casual booking and very unhelpful...God knows who the owner of this place is as they certainly need training and education on customer services plus knowledge of their own processes

Awesome facilities. It is clean and spacious. Best thing of all plenty of parking spots.

Absolutely fantasitc tramp program! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys!

Used the pool facility over a Saturday and Sunday for several hours each day. Staff were friendly and lifeguards were active throughout. Kids learn to swim lessons were in the indoor pool separate from the indoor pool I was using, which was nice. Changeroom facilities were clean. Staff at reception were keeping records of patrons for contact tracing during COVID, auto hand sanitiser provided at entry points.

Worst center ever. The staff especially the team leader does not know how to behave with parents especially infront of their kids. Very rude behaviour with the customers and every week you have to search for your kids teacher as it keeps changing. You pay the money and you get humiliated infront of your kids for using the bathing facility. Not recommended at all.
