Every year I bought one of their gold roses and was treated with great customer service. One time they even brought the rose out to my car as I am in a wheelchair and could not get out in the snow. They are a wonderful organization that I would highly recommend to anyone!!

We decided to stop over and get my wife's wedding and engagement rings cleaned. It's a free service when you purchase your ring from here. I even got my wedding ring re-finished. Both my wife and I's rings look awesome. My wife's rings are 3 years old and shine like they are brand new. Only took an hr and gave us time to go to lunch. They also conveniently pay for parking at the garage down the street. They are as kind and helpful as they were 3 years ago when we made the purchases. Love it.

I would HIGHLY recommend staying away from the roses. They are not a real rose that has been dipped in gold. They are definitely cast out of risin or some other plastic material. The gold is also covered in this plastic so the whole thing feels extremely fake. When my husband told me how much he paid, I told him he was ripped off. Please stay away from the roses.

I bought 1 single rose for a love of mine. I never have seen it in person myself due to the fact we are so far apart. but she put this rose on her fireplace mantle and has left it their since i got it for her. mind you, she has never placed ANYTHING permanently other than holiday decorations on that mantle. It says allot about the quality of this item. regardless of the cost, I will buy every single rose they make for her given her first reaction to the first rose i bought her from this company. I cannot recommend this company any more than i already do.

When my husband and I were choosing our rings, the employee assigned to us was very attentive in assisting us in guiding our choices by helping narrow down our selections while still having a wide variety of rings to choose from within the categories and styles that we were looking for. Please note, that if you're there to purchase / pick up a ring, you can ask for a parking pass for a nearby garage, typically diagonally across the street by the Penn Medicine building.

Also bought her wedding band here and we could not be happier with how reasonably priced it was and how excellent it looks behind her engagement ring. We purchased my engagement ring and both of our wedding bands from Steven Singer. Our consultant Gigi has been extremely helpful, which we definitely needed considering both of us are pretty new to the world of diamonds and higher end jewelry. You know those fake velvet Roses that had a small teddy bear and putrid fake rose smell that were sold at the Gas Stations years ago???? Yeah would have rather got one of those than this plastic looking hunk of cheapness.

What do you get for your wife if she is a Florist? A dozen roses of course, but from Steven Singer instead of the grocery store like last year haha, big mistake... This was our 12th anniversary so I wanted to do something special for her and this did the trick!! I arranged them in a wide, short vase with silk greens in and around. I went into Steven Singer to get my wife a gift for our wedding anniversary. I had the pleasure to work with Deana who was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I haven't been to the store but I ordered a Gold Dipped Rose because they said "Last day to order to get it before Mother's Day." On the radio ad. I placed my order and wondered if their fast, free, shipping option would really come through. I was expecting possible delay because of Covid-19 and the not quite last minute nature of my order. It got here- and way early. I have checked the box and the rose is exactly what I ordered. I will definitely. be doing business with them again

One of the most memorable moments in my life was shared with Stephen Singer Jewelers at 8th and Walnut in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. In December of 2014, I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Deana who was an excellent salesperson with great knowledge, experience and who paid extra attention to details which made the buying experience a great one!!! Since, I have returned to purchase a birthday necklace, wedding bands, a braclet for wedding day and recently a one year anniversary ring to match her wedding band!!! Not that I like spending money, but with the products received, the joy it has brought my wife and the fact that I fully trust Stephen Singer's prices and products, it was well worth it. Cannot say enough good things about this place. I went in looking for an engagement ring and as most people dreaded the actual going to a place and dealing with someone trying to upsell. Well here I never once felt uncomfortable and felt like they cared just as much as I did to find the right ring for the right price. I was fortunate to deal with Logan and he made the entire process easy and was very personable. He helped with any questions / concerns and helped me find the perfect ring that blew away my now fiance. If you are looking for any type of jewelry you have to stop in here, and ask for Logan!

Brought my mom in to have her diamond studs turned into a ring for her birthday (she was too afraid she might lose one to enjoy wearing them). Ashley made the whole experience great! He was extremely knowledgeable on the diamonds as well as the entire engagement ring process. He took the time to explain in detail the differences between each diamond and helped me land the perfect engagement ring for my wife. Russ's attention to detail and professionalism made me reassured I was making the right decision buying my engagement ring from Steven Singer's. Overall the store was beautiful on the inside and Russ was better than I could ever have hoped for making such an important decision in my life.

Wife loves the roses. Got one in the store a couple years ago while we were in Philadelphia. She has 14 of them now. One suggestion for the web site... make a way to readily identify the rose colors we've already ordered. I realize I can go see my past orders but its one at a time and kind of a pain. Would be nice to easily see the ones we don't already have... especially for someone color blind like I am. Love the store and love the site. Keep up the good work. This place must lose so much business bacuse of parking I just kept on gointh. I did call the location they explained parking but the walnut location was at capacity and navigation is tough so i didn't chance the 2nd. I drove 23 miles to get a 30th bday gift that just couldn't work out.

I was promised fast delivery. I've watched my package travel back-and-forth across the country for 9 days (its even got further away at times). They said there might be delays due to covid but not due to poor shipping routes.
