State Employees Association of N.C. (SEANC): The Leading State Employees’ Association in the South
The State Employees Association of N.C. (SEANC) is a non-profit organization that represents state employees and retirees in North Carolina. Founded in 1946, SEANC has been working tirelessly to advocate for the rights and interests of its members for over seven decades.
