I have been doing my realty services with Jagdeep, he is awesome to work with and put his clients 1st. Great experience I would most definitely recommend.

I'm interested in a listing that I had seen posted with this company I was looking for some more information... I was told the sale representative
BRUNO MAIOLO would contact me shortly...24hours later still no call, so I reached out again. This time I asked if the listing was still active, and if maybe someone else might be able to provide me with the info I needed, I was told the listing was active and no one but the sales rep listed with the property could help. I live two hours from the listed property, I have family in that area so I went up to see the area myself while I waited to hear back...still no response. I tried to contact through email through their site still no response... Well its been more then 2 weeks now and nothing!!! Ithe info is not listed with the property therefore the reason for my inquiry! Don't brush people off not every potential contact/customer is s time waster, or don't post listings that waste peoples time!

We had a wonderful experience with our Agent Ida Tosello. A very professional real estate agent who followed up with us and kept us up to date daily on our showings and feedback from other agents who showed our home. She always gave us her honest opinion and never stopped working hard for us. She really cares and works hard for her clients. She sold our home in this market where homes are just not so easy to sell anymore and also helped to get us the home we have been waiting a long time for. In my opinion Ida will always put her clients first so do not hesitate to give her a call. She is not only very knowledgeable in her field but she truly cares and treats you like family!! Thank you Ida we could not have done this without you! Thanks for making this process which could be very stressful a whole lot easier . Forever greatful and forever clients !!!

Absolutely awful. The seller agent was rude and has an attitude problem. His seller backed out of the deal 2 days after signing the acceptance, which we accepted and asked for the mutual release. It took the agent 3 days more to send us the release form. We had to ask for it repeatedly and when we did get it, it had wrong names (Not spelling mistakes - truncated names). And then took another 1.5 days to send a new one and to say our deposit draft can be picked up. And when we did, the names were wrong again. On asking how this is possible. the answer was it happens, there is not need to over react, if I dont know the process then I should not talk to him. We needed the money for another down payment, and we asked for a new draft - we were told to manage for the money elsewhere!!! The staff was equally callous and they all had a very bad attitude about a problem that THEY have created.

Horrible!! Will never work with them, definitely never bid on a house that has been listed by them and will never ever recommend them to anyone.

We had worst experience. Agents, management and owners don't care. Won't return phone calls. If you hire this company or it's agents forget about duty of care. They don't deliver on their fiduciary duty.
