Our AC went out in the middle of July on a Thursday night. I called after hours and got some immediate help and scheduled for a diagnosis.
After replacing my full AC and heating system, I feel like the product I have is much better than what came with my home, everyone I worked with was very professional, and they definitely cared about customer service and making sure I was happy.
These guys are ROCK STARS! Our air conditioner went out and we called them in the morning and they were there by 2pm the same day. The entire system needed to be replaced. They were not pushy or tried to up sale, but gave us options that would work for our budget. They knew we had family coming over the next day for the holiday, so they stayed until 11:30pm that night to finish the job. They were very professional, left my house clean, vacuumed, and took the time to educate us on the system. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family! Thank you for a great experience.

Southern Comfort exceeded our expectations! After less than great experiences with other HVAC companies, SC was a breath of fresh air (no pun intended ). The owner, John, is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our experience was a great one. I also appreciate his candidness and honesty, offering a quote for both repair and replacement (which was way under his competitor's bid) without pushing his own agenda. We will definitely be back.

Where I really took note of how extraordinary the company is was during the installation of the new furnace and AC system. Their technicians descended on my house right when they said they would be here, laid down a plastic cover over my carpets, put booties on and treated my home like it was their own. Very professional throughout the whole process. Had my A/C back up and running in no time. Had the same feedback from a friend I referred to them.
I was driving home from work one day and all of a sudden a huge wooden dowel about 3-4 feet wide is bouncing towards me in the middle of the freeway. The culprit was this truck from Southern Comfort Heating & Air heading south on I-15. I tried to dodge the dowel but there were cars on both sides of me and it bounced a few times before hitting the front of my car. The driver immediately got off the freeway, I thought to maybe go back and pick it up, but they instead sped away when I assumed they would pull over and apologize and get my information. I snapped a few photos as they escaped. Very dishonest. You can see the rest of the load totally unsecured in the back of their pickup. I reported to Utah Highway Patrol and they tried multiple times to get in touch with the owners of Southern Comfort but eventually dropped the case after they never could get in touch with them...Very shady.

I was driving on I-15 and saw a piece of wood fly out of their truck. They should be more responsible to tie down the items in their truck. I saw a lot of other loose items in the back of it.
Everyone that we worked with at southern comfort was very kind and friendly. We appreciated that they did not bash other companies (unlike other quotes we got). Great service, great pricing and our new AC/furnace is working better than before! They give you every option and let you pick, no high pressure sales.
