I arrived three quarters of an hour before my appointment, because it was my first visit and expected that there will be paperwork to be completed. The atmosphere was quiet and the environment clean. Very polite receptionists greeted me. However, my experience with the Radiology Tech is one I will always remember. After each sequence of the tests, we both did our little yoga activities, bending and stretching which made me relax and took my mind off the procedure itself.

Today's visit went well and Ashley was great! Bubbly and friendly just what you need to get your day going. Keep up the good work South Atlanta Radiology. Oh the exam room really make you feel special a little extra touch to make you smile

I go to the Riverdale Rd. location and am surprised at the bad reviews. If you want a shiny new building and volunteers in pink smocks to bless your heart and bring you bottled water while you wait, by all means go to a big hospital affiliated facility. But if you do, be aware you're going to pay literally 3-4x as much for your mammogram, and have to go through a whole bunch of voice prompts and holding if you try to call them. At South Atlanta Radiology Associates, you might have to hold too but someone will eventually help you on the phone. It's an old building but they have always been pleasant and professional to me. I'll happily look at sort of shabby decor while I wait and save hundreds of dollars. I'm not there to make friends or be entertained, I'm there to make sure I don't have cancer and they get the job done.

I had an appt so my wait was as expected. The staff was as expected. However this place is in a desperate need of cleaning and remodel. The furniture is dated and worn. It had a mold smell throughout the building. The gowns look like they had since the 70's. The decor is from an old antebellum movie. They need to take the time to remodel and clean this place up. Yuck

Came in during their "a little busy" time at high noon as a walk-in new patient. Including the time it took to fill out the forms, wait, have my xrays shot, and wait for the xray technician to release me, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Having spent 25 years in medical practice management, I know superb service when I experience it.

I love it. Get my first mammogram and ultrasound done and get results the same day. Love it. Thank you so much Tiffany for going above and beyond. I appreciate u and ur staff.

10/21/2020. Today, is my 2nd visit. My 2nd mammogram. Always packed with people. Staff wasn't rude. My check in went smooth. I didn't wait long at either appt.
My review is for Ashley. She was so informative. She was so friendly. She treated me so special. She gave me my mada gra beads too.. She gets 10 .
BTW. My dressing room was cute.

Showed up to receive Xray was told to comeback because of whatever reason, did that came back after 12 like asked Response is Drs on lunch they forgot to take there lunch , it s 3:41 PM I showed up 3 times just to watch people be looked at before me. No explanation just ok well just have a seat and wait and etc.... Customer service is horrible and employees way of addressing your situation is with non caring attitude.

I went here two days ago for an x ray the guy up front I seen said the x ray tech was out on lunch I waited for about 20 mins for her to her back which was okay but after reading reviews this seems like a problem.
My BIGGEST problem is I went back there did my x ray everything was fine she told me she would be right back and I seen a bedbug on the floor I got up to look at what it is and was so freaked out. Please do not go here. I have a picture of it on my phone I wish I could upload it on here. I asked to speak to manager and they said he is in and out all the time but the x ray tech said she was gonna talk to him and let him know. I will never go back to this place. I rather drive an hour for x rays or whatever then go back to this place and take a chance on getting bedbugs.

This was my first Mamogram; I was nervous but became distracted by the unfriendly and unwelcoming front desk staff. No hello, no nothing very dry,but Ashley the technician who did the procedure was quite the opposite. Very nice, informative, fun and bubbly. She would be my only reason for returning. She's the only reason why I'm giving four stars Thanks Ashley
