Been there for an interview, and guess what nobody cares!! I waited for nearly 3 hours later the HR came and asked the office boy to issue the Interview form, after filling it again wait for 1 more hour and later that HR calls you in and talks to you for like max 3 minutes and he just says he will get back to you by weekend and nope he will not!! It's a small conjusted office employees keep going our for every 10 minutes. No AC!!
Went for an interview to this place,, they had called around - 100ppl,,, didn't select any1,,, just conducted interview for name sake. Small office, limited staff.

I had been using Simplotel for more than a year and because of the pandemic and total lockdown we were not able to afford the fees. The company shut the website which was fine but is also refusing to send me the content which I paid for in the first place. Narrow minded company with no sensibility regards. Rahul

Please send a HR who has a good command on English language when you want to hire someone as a content writer. I sat for a written test on English language for your company and that HR marked most of my correct answers as wrong and when asked didn't bother to give me a proper explanation either. It's fine if you reject someone. But you have to have a reason for that otherwise, it's disgusting. Unfortunately I couldn't take the pic of my answer sheet otherwise I could have uploaded here as well.
The hiring process must be more transparent. When a candidate is called for an interview first via a telephonic interview followed by an e-mail invite, the candidate has every right to know whether they are selected or not ASAP. At least they are visiting your office and taking all the rounds of interview/hiring process. Asking them to leave saying 'we'll inform later' and not informing them is not a good norm. Nowadays many decent companies have even started giving feedback so the candidate can improve in their next interview.
