Great stop. Had a flight early out of Newark International Airpot the next morning so I thought I would keep it close in case I over slept or something. Front desk ladies were great even allowed their personalities to show up so it wasn t just transactional. I like that. The room was clean with a view of the New York City skyline. It worked out great. Highly recommend this hotel. I ll definitely be back when in town again.

Upon given our room we were told that this hotel is non smoking, we got up to our room left our belongings and got out immediately, the parking was 0-30 mins FREE! We were exiting and had to pay $22, we were in a hurry so we paid and just left. After getting back later that night we had a long day ahead and tried to get some sleep which seemed impossible because the smell of Marijuana seeped though the vent from the other room which made my husband and I sick and nauseous. There were loud music and shouting as if it were some kind of bar! Before getting to our room there were teenagers who definitely were underage sitting on the floor on top of one another in the hallway kissing and Fondling which definitely makes me question this hotels reputation. After complaining once to front desk about the issue nothing happened mind you this is now 2:30AM I had to go downstairs and get my room changed because this was now becoming ridiculous

Not a good stay. I booked here for the pool, but when I arrived it was drained and closed. Half the elevators were out of order and the others rattled and shook alarmingly. The shower knob came off in my hand. In the middle of the night water began pouring in from my bathroom ceiling. The WiFi works, but is set up in an odd, non intuitive way and I had to call for help.

I won t be back.

When first arriving to the hotel, the outside and lobby look nice. We checked in at the front desk, and proceeded to our room. The carpet had holes in the floor. The walls had missing paint and holes. With no refrigerator or even microwave. When telling them this information they moved my room & offer me parking. The hotel smelled like weed everyday in the elevators and floors. Also have to request housekeeping and hope they can find someone . Every night we would have to park in the far back of the hotel because cars would be parked all over. Comes check out day, they tried to charge me $35 each night for parking. Not only did they guarantee me parking. How do you pay to stay at a hotel than charge your guest to park on premises... stay was awful..

Zero stars. This was the worst hotel experience I have EVER had.
I checked in, and all went well.
When I got to my room after dinner there was a party happening in the hall. Very loud and boisterous. But fine...
I placed a request for a wake up call around midnight.
Approx. 3:00 a.m. I awoke to my door being opened!
Thankfully I had put the swinging door lock on, so it didn't open fully.
There was pounding on the door and someone shouting.
I went to the door and asked what they wanted. A man shouted "Who is in here? This is the manager. This room is supposed to be unoccupied!"
I told him I had paid for the room and was given a key. He asked my name and I told him. He then went away.
The next morning (less than 3 hrs. later) I went to the front desk as I left to catch the shuttle for my flight. I told the man at the desk that someone had opened my door and yelled at me during the night. He said it was him!!! He had done that.
He explained that I was given the wrong room when I checked in.

HOW is this MY fault? In what world was opening my door in the middle of the night the reasonable response? What if I hadn't had the swinging door lock on? I would have awoken to a man above my bed yelling at me??? (I swear to God that would have resulted in the police being called and a lawsuit!)

I called the hotel when I returned home and spoke with another assistant manager. She said that she would reverse the charges and the manager would call me the following day and apologize.
It has been 5 days now, and the charge is not reversed and I received NO apology.

Put it like this, I Missed my flight. I was leaving on time, super close to the airport.. The elevator was not working and traveling with multiple bags, down 11 flights alone did not help. Tried to call the desk, using every single button on the in room phone. No one answered. Not one line, I was trying to see if the freight elevator was an option. 830 flight became 3pm stuck in the airport. Seriously just terrible.

I was looking for a place while we did some site seeing while we also did a campus tour of Princeton U from April 21 to the 24. This place looked reasonable price and reviews on other sites. They offer a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel very convenient and runs all day. The road to the hotel needs some repairs full of pot holes. When we arrives the lobby is clean and we'll light front desk associates where helpful and friendly. The hotel appeared to be doing some repairs and areas of it closed due to Covid-19. They did advise me that housekeeping is not available all day and if I needed the room cleaned I would need to call them in the morning found this odd but OK. No room service available but the restaurant is open. Since we had a long flight we ordered from the restaurant the food was ok nothing special if your hungry and do not want to go out it will satisfy. Here is where the problem began ... the room was clean everything working. No refrigerator or microwave just a coffee maker, hair dryer and iron with a closed off balcony Hmmm. When we left Friday morning we called the front desk for housekeeping to clean the room. When we came back that evening it was not cleaned at all called the front desk they could not do anything since housekeeping is gone for the day they offered to bring clean towels a trash bag for the trash ...seriously. the towels never arrived every time I called they had random excuses ... " we are short staffed.... I give him the wrong room number..etc..." at one point the supervisor gave me the general manager email to let him know ... wow .. we checked out early Saturday to come home. One thing I decided to get a rental for convenience not aware that the hotel charged 25 a day for packing on their lot for a guest never made aware so when a charged appeared on my account I called them the front desk associate became defensive and argumentative about it. When I complained to the travel agent about the poor service from the hotel the agent followed up wit the hotel their response was I never complained to them about the service ... seriously. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone your better off finding another place to stay

The front desk clerk charge me 25$ plus tax for parking and all night long the gate bars were left open and no parking security available. I feel like if the hotel going to charge for parking than I should feel like I'm paying for something safe and secure. She charge me for the card and I not once had to use it to enter or exit the lot. It really felt like parking was free. I was charge for parking because I mention it to the front desk clerk. So I Would like my money back

The room was disgusting. The hallway looked like it hadn t been vacuumed in weeks and the cigarette smoke was horrific.

Only good thing about it was the chicken parm and close to the airport.

The shuttle - on the website it says they come every 15 minutes. We were waiting for over 45 minutes at the airport for the shuttle to come. When I called and asked the person who I spoke to wasn t the friendliest and said well it s not on demand specifically for you it will be there

Honestly not the best experience. I m a Hilton Honor member and this s the first time I have a bad experience in a Hilton chain hotel.
It s a non smoking place. But was a lot of pot smell even in the hallways.
Noise place because they don t care about people doing wrong thinks.
Sorry guys but this s really a shame to the Hilton s.
Rooms really needs a renovation. Some pictures to get some ideas.
