Great rooms , great service ; good location as well

Went for morning breakfast, as I am a vegetarian, they has put just burji for a dish and it contained green tag, I was about to eat it thinking that its paneer burji and clarified with the chef there and he said its egg and they immediately changed the name tag to red.

Wonderful place. Had dinner buffet there at Feast. Great spread and nice ambience.

I have booked this hotel when my parents visted bangalore and i have booked junior suit room with pool view which cost me around 15000/- per day

Hospitality and service is verygood and food is so tasty

Espically dosa with tomato and coconut chuttney is worth trying during breakfast

One of the best places to Hangout not for limited budget planners but it's really worth for what you spend... Lobby lounge you can get a coffee at Rs 354 and you have multiple options inside the Sheraton to choose on restaurants the Picture I posted in Persian terrace located in 4th floor.. If you Want a have expensive date night you can plan here at the cost of 14k or you can have a buffet at RS 2500

When you Plan to have a coffee in CCD or Starbucks better to have in Sheraton since I don't see much difference in the rates
By the way coffee is better than CCD or Starbucks

It's a corporate hotel with 5 star international amenities. Specially recommended for Foreign travelers to India. The hotel is set in an upscale lifestyle enclave beside Columbia Asia hospital, Orion shopping mall and skyway access to the World Trade Center.

The ambience is exquisite, food, specifically the main course is not the best but acceptable in terms of presentation, variety in starters + desserts and considering the place, and it's appeal, this one particular detail could be ignored.

Hotel in the City district, good restaurant and plenty of choice even at breakfast. The rooms are standard Sheraton, be careful not to choose those side of the street (in the morning otherwise you will wake up with the horns !!)

Large room, great breakfast. Warm welcome by courteous staff. Good ambiance. Proximity to shopping mall. The hotel is also conveniently accessable by metro.

The experience with Sheraton was awesome as always.

My parents are regular visitor for lunch and dinner, I joined them for lunch on 7th Aug, we were 8 of us , went for buffet.
a. No recognition by staff or management
b. We arrived at around 14.30, they all look sad on such a late arrival
c. No waiter assigned to table, service so poor had to wait for food and clearance was done by myself!
d. One waiter had to be called , (Rahul) however did his best to ignore eye contact.
e. staff can be seen gathered near service station and gossiping but no one to clear plates or offer anything
f. Ordered rotis (4), after 20 mins when chased it, argument given was 'it takes time to make it!", yes we know that why we waited 20 mins before we can chase.
g. kebabs had to be chased again very challenging because no waiter assigned so no one was interested to look at us.
h. Total waste of money and time

Had a super fabulous weekend Family dinner moments at SHERATON GRAND, Brigade Gateway, Bengaluru a while ago. As usual, the hospitality was astoundingly THE BEST with the Jewels of the FEAST Restaurant.. It's just that the HEAD is perfect. Credit goes to F & B head Mr. Mohammed Khan who has built a super strong team. The taste buds are made to dance by Super Iconic Chef MANJUNATH. Apam and veg stew, Poori Bhaji, Aloo Paratas. The service and care gets fuelled by Chandan Kumar the stalwart Steward. To have our evening memorable, "DIXON" the bartenders choice of cocktails eases our stressed mind to open up and relax. Not without the supervision of ABHILASH YADAV, the restaurant manager who's extremely vigilant, watchful and highly active gentleman motivating each of the guest and his staff. Thank you guys for extending the warmth. I'm so pleased, delighted and happy!!
I insist those of you who haven't visited, to do so to feel, relish and enjoy the hospitality of these guys at SHERATON.

Nice place, great interiors and good food. Obviously did not visit for personal outing. Was attending an International Conference on Engineering papers. The outside ambiance is also great with the World Trade Centre & Orinmon mall next to the Hotel. And also District 6 brewery is also there in case you would like to get your throats wet. Nandos & Kobe's Sizzlers on the Ground floor of the Mall. Big Bazar just a stones throw away for budget shopping.

Service is fantastic. Ambience are good in open area. Budget friendly
