Abbiamo lavorato con Rusty Monkey negli ultimi sette anni. Ci hanno reso un ottimo sito web esattamente come lo immaginavo, mi hanno ascoltato e capito fin dall'inizio. Non si sono imposti, hanno ascoltato, capito e realizzato. Hanno anche sviluppato un'app per il calendario del telefono cellulare per noi per programmare la disponibilità dell'equipaggio che funziona ancora perfettamente oggi. C'è sempre qualcuno alla fine del telefono in caso di problemi o domande a cui rispondere, ovvero un 5 su 5 per il servizio clienti. Consiglierei Rusty Monkey? Senza dubbio.

Di recente ho avuto una sessione di revisione aziendale con Matt e Chris e non posso raccomandarli abbastanza. La sessione è stata coinvolgente, stimolante, educativa ma soprattutto divertente. Mi hanno dato consigli tecnici costruttivi, idee strategiche e mi hanno lasciato entusiasta della mia attività. Ho lasciato la chiamata volendo eseguire i piani per aumentare le entrate, con una delle motivazioni di avere più soldi da spendere con questi ragazzi! Nessuna vendita forzata, disponibilità genuina, ottimi consigli per l'estrazione e una risatina - cosa si può volere di più durante una pandemia :-)
Devo dire che Rusty Monkey è stato fantastico e ha esagerato per me, molto professionale e mi hanno fatto sentire speciale. Hanno fatto una grande differenza sia nel profilo che nel rendimento delle donazioni alla mia marcia di beneficenza. Ottimo supporto e contatto.
