Sale staff were awesome!! Very knowledgeable and explained every question I had in detail about bikes. Me and my girlfriend ended up buying a bike each for the summer. Crazy good winter sales right now. Check out revolution cycles wine and cheese night.

Bought a Salsa gravel bike mid-Covid and was super impressed with their level of service. Personal shopper was super patient and helped find me the perfect commuter. Tried some of the commuter bikes upstairs, then he recommended the more touring style bikes in the basement that were way more fun to ride and were totally what I was looking for! Then they continued to offer great advice while kitting out the bike with pedals and accessories. They had a decent selection of accessories despite supply chain challenges, whoever does the ordering is no doubt working hard to bring things in during the pandemic!
Blew out the seals on my high end front suspension. Older bike though and other shops in the city including the mobile repair services told me they could not get seals anymore and that I would have to replace the fork.. Went to revolution to by a new fork and was prepared to drop the $1000 it was going to cost. They told me that there was a retrofit seal kit for my particular shock, that they had used it many times and it worked perfectly. Guess what, it did. After dropping of the bike one day and picking it up the next day I have been out riding and the bike performs just like it did when it was brand new. Excellent shop to deal with, honest and do great work. I have bought 3 bikes from them, fortunately I don't have to buy a new one yet, but when I do, I will definitely be back.
For the last several years I have been suffering during long rides. Numb hands and feet and a sore back. That changed last year when I got a new road bike and a bike fit from Levi. It was my best season ever. Pain free and full of fun.
I returned this year to get an adventure bike. The guys set me up with an amazing new bike and once again Levi worked his magic. It fits like a glove. Best thing I ever did.
We only came to revolution cycle because they had a specific bike we were interested in looking at. Prices are okay . Definitly lacking in customer service. Most of the service was unfriendly and we interacted with 5 people only 2/5 of the employees we interacted with were friendly. The employees were also not that knowledgeable when we asked them questions. After our purchase we decided we will go to a smaller establishment with a more friendly atmosphere for any other purchases.
Went into the store to pick up my online order. Nobody helped me. When I finally got someone's attention, I waited some more. When I was finally handed a bike and several bags of merchandise, all the employees and all the customers just stood and stared while I struggled to open the door and get the stuff into my car all by myself. What? Never again.
REALLY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL PARTS & SERVICE :-) I phoned about a part and the guy went to check, then said I have it right in my hand . I stopped in and a fellow named Keith was really helpful, got me all sorted out with some extra parts, and with the help of one of the other Service reps, I was on my way. They really looked after me - super friendly and helpful... I was impressed :-)
I have had nothing but good experiences with Revolution cycle. I have purchased three bikes from them over the last five years, and have always had nothing but good things to say. Their staff are knowledgeable and willing to help.
I have also used their service department multiple times over the last five years and the work has always been top notch. I have never felt pressured into anything which I did not require, and the prices are very fair.
The fish tank is also a great distraction when I have the kids there!
Great shop and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. Still haven't found a bike store in Calgary that offers the same level of customer service and selection. I wish there was a location in Calgary.
Almost all stuffs they have are made in China. Low quality but expensive. I bought bicycle for my boy I paid over 1000 total. And after 2 days tube were torn and they replace outside tire too it was good and ask another 200. All parts from fk china.
I wanted to thank Revolution Cycle for my Cannondale Cujo 2 and more specifically Mike McN*****. He was informative, helpful and took care of me with the small details that are so often missed. Collecting my purchases, I thought he was bringing them to the till. I thought this was nice customer service, but was blown away when he had them all installed on my bike, ready to go. He also surprised me with a special surprise regarding my pedals that I didn't notice until I got home. Thanks Mike & Revolution Cycle, you were the right choice! Highly recommended!
A long time supporter of cycling in Edmonton, Revolution is always quick to support races, youth cycling programs, recreational cycling events and they were among the first shops in Edmonton to pay attention to the women s cycling market. A great shop for products and service!
My boyfriend and son came in today and they completely disrupted his visit with overbearing "customer service" only two native people in the store shopping being harassed every few minutes to purchase the items, if they had a better experience they would have bought more, I called into complain the man was very unhelpful and rude as well. Lots of other bike stores out there that will have our business, buy beware if you are someone of another culture .
Very competent service staff. Had a bike tune up. Quick, polite and respectful of Covid protocols. Reasonable prices. Sales team knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
Well like most reviews here my buying experience was fantastic great people great bikes. Purchase 2 E-bikes from here and have for the most part enjoyed them. Problem comes when the front brakes (hydraulic) failed on one of the bikes. No big deal took it in they dealt with it. Put the bike away for the fall then pulled it off the wall in the spring, again no brakes. Again it was repaired this time with a 3 week turn around. Bike was again hung on the wall as weather was not great. About a month went by until yesterday when we again pulled it off the wall and found the brakes not working. Very much annoyed at this point but I still understand that it's a part failing not really revolutions fault, and again the staff was helpful stating they would have it on the road for our trip the following day. The big issue came today when I called to check on the bike and after waiting for the staff to check status of the bike the Manager Ben picks up the phone and is quite rude about the whole situation stating they have not got to the bike can't get it running for our trip and further started asking us if we have been tampering with the brakes. This is where the poor review comes in, I have been patient with the failures and the situation but it's getting ridiculous.
Should mention I even purchased the extra coverage on these bikes not that that really changes anything.
