Comfortable and clean. Despite there being Covid-19, they made it an effort to still be hospitable and accommodating. Despite, not being able to visit the pool due to too many guests not abiding by restrictions, the stay was still pleasant

Close to the quarter without the noise. Parking is attached to property and very secure. Trolly stop right outside front doors. Very easy to navigate and get to everything. Superdome in walking distance.
Great location downtown. Unfortunately this is a one day trip, but everything is within close proximity and the views are cool. Hopefully my wife and I can get back here for a weekend.
I've stayed at multiple other Holiday Inns in the past and this stay was unfortunately the worst. Bottom line: The rooms need to be updated and cleaned. The shower filled up with water above my ankles when showering even after I asked to have the drain cleaned because of this. There was also a rust colored fluid dripping from above the shower ceiling into it. This was the second room we went to after requesting change. The first one had a moldy smell from the AC upon checking in. The staff at the front desk were friendly and did accommodate changing rooms but did not solve the shower issues. The location is decent, not far from major attractions in the city.
Hotel was nice and in a great location..parking wasn't included. $30 a day for parking. Permit expired 3am..by 6 when we woke up, car had a boot...extra $120 spent. That sucked..esp knowing what we paid for the room. No breakfast included. Tried to charge me $3.31 for a cup of coffee
The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had an awesome view off the balcony of our room. I loved our stay here and definitely plan to stay again.
Stayed here several times. Within walking distance to Bourbon. Catch the streetcar at Carondelet for an enjoyable ride to Riverfront and French Market. Can buy day passes through norta website for buses, ferry, and streetcars.
Great location! Our room was nice and clean with a balcony. The bathroom was kind of small and so was the balcony, but it was still a nice stay. Parking is expensive if you want to park in the garage and the restaurant was closed due to Covid. The front desk staff were awesome and detailed oriented. If I come back to Nola I may consider this hotel again.
Clean rooms. Everywhere smelled like marijuana. Great location for walking to everything. Nice secure parking garage $35 daily fee. Nice pool and fitness. No food services.
