One of QuickLets' estate agents Francesca Fazzina was found guilty for stealing a deposit from a prospective tenant. Quicklets refused to take accountability for their employee. So, the prospective tenant was forced to take the matter to court. Think carefully before dealing with a property company who does nothing about a thief on their staff. I suspect that the positive google reviews are fake. Be careful - they'll check your photos on FB and make stupid assumptions!

Very unresposive agent when looking for a property and then when a manager finally responds they are rude and sarcastic. Definately wont be using them

Property advertised on Facebook without a price. Sent a Facebook message to the agent who refused to tell me what the price was as I didn't have "pictures" I assume pictures on my Facebook profile. He went on to say "I don't tell prices, you may be an agent (another agent) But if I gave my phone number, then I could be told what the price was. Yes, obviously that will work because with a phone number that instantly tells you if I am an agent or not. What do Quicklets have to hide that they can't advertise prices on their Facebook posts. I imagine that even in these quiet times they have plenty of clients so don't need my business.

Misrepresented an advertised rental and took my deposit based on that. When I discovered the discrepancy, refused to refund my money despite them being the ones that made the mistake. Tried to change the story afterwards to make it seem like it was my fault. Avoid Sarah M from Quicklets like the plague. They also shared my number around to at least 4 of their agents who also phone the ask the exact same questions over and over. Sharks just after the money. Don't expect much, look elsewhere as most properties are with multiple agents. Edit: I see from your reply that you are trying to shift the blame to the owner rather than taking the responsibility for the mistake made by your agents listing the ad and also verbally confirming. The owner was unaware of your mistake, as was I and your agent admitted to it. Yet I am left out of pocket by it. I really hope the shortsighted greed of you not taking responsibility for your mistake costs you a hundredfold in lost business by people reading this review (and others I have left elsewhere) and the word of mouth I will give to all who would listen. I would advise all to not do business with this agent as it appears it is rotten to the core. There are plenty of other choices for your needs, don't take the chance with your hard earned money on this dishonourable company.
