The hotel is OK for an overnight stay, especially as it is close to the airport and offers a free transfer to the airport. The staff is friendly. The room is carpeted, the bathroom is old and musty. For the price I would have expected something better.

Alright hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast (try the potato cakes or whatever it is - yummy!). I had a room next to the elevator and it was crazy loud. Also, they take a deposit of 500 DKK or 50 Eur, which is strange and does not make too much sense as they return it in the morning without the room check. What is the point?

It's a very good hotel for transit travelers, close to the airport, large and clean rooms, helpful staff, we checked-in a bit late and the staff help us with ordering a delivery sandwiches, but the only disappointed thing was the airport bus service because it's not 24 hours and in the morning it always full so you need to wait almost 1 hour or take a taxi which we did. The hotel is very convenient for travelers. It is close to the airport and has clean and spacious rooms. The staff are friendly. You can ask them to call the Shawarma restaurant. However, the airport bus service is not good because it does not work around the clock and the bus is usually full in the morning. Wait for more than an hour or use a taxi

Good location for airport with local super market pubs and restaurants outside. Renovations to some floors recently.

Advantages: 1) This hotel is a bit outside to main city hence it feels calm and comfortable. The interior is really well designed. 2)The best part according to me is there is wonderful beach at 10 min distance from this hotel. You can go with your family and friends and have a lunch and have fun in beach. I recommend to go for 3) This hotel is under ' Nordic Choice Club' hence you can earn some extra points along with stay here. If you have enough point then you get reward of free stay for some days/nights as per policy. Disadvantages: 1) The hotel is a bit expensive compared to others . 2) The food quality is average. Not bad.

An okay hotel near to Copenhagen airport with shuttle bus service to the airport

Stayed for 2 nights during lockdown as i had to do the Covid test and fly to my country.

Nice and accomodating hotel and staff, nearby airport and beach area. Clean rooms and good breakfast with everything.

Great hotel! Very clean rooms and an amazing breakfast. Multilingual staff was easy to understand via English. Ask about the shuttle. The shuttle worked perfect for my experience. The location of the hotel is perfect as well. Many restaurants right outside the doors and the metro is right down the road.

Close to the airport and quite cheap. The rooms are very basic, small bathroom but with a shower big enough. It has no air conditioning but in Copenhagen it is rare to need it, at the limit there is a vintage fan in the wardrobe. A few meters away there is a wide choice of restaurants, pizzerias, kebabs and pubs and there is also a small supermarket. The shuttle runs every half hour to the airport but can also be reached on foot in 10 minutes (if you have heavy suitcases an overpass ramp is only with stairs while the other has a convenient ramp for suitcases with wheels). The wifi arrives at the rooms but it is open (attention to security if you don't have vpn) and when I was there it didn't work. There is no mini-bar in the room but at the reception they sell drinks and snacks. Overall a decent hotel for the night before or after flying, certainly not for a long stay.

Clean. Nice bed. Pretty quite surroundings. Be sure to get a room far from elevators - they are very noisy! (Room 203 is getting a lot of elevator noise)

Fully and clean airport hotel. Good service at reception. Coffee in the room is appreciated. Took no breakfast, so can't say anything about it. Offensive parking, but it seems to be everywhere around Kastrup - CPH. Otherwise no surprises.

Good place for a sleepover before a flight. Only a short walk to the airport (15 min). Room was comfortable and clean.

No air conditioning but decent rooms with normal facilities. No ice machine either. Good for a quick stay.

Perfect for spending a night, arriving late from a flight

Good: friendly staff and large family room. Conveniently located close to CPH airport, with shuttles every 30 minutes from the hotel and from the airport (last one leaves from airport at 21:45). As mentioned in other reviews, there is some wear and tear in the rooms, but for one night before a flight, it's fine.

Very nice staff, great foyer and good restaurant. The room okay.

Hotel room was very hot and the bed uncomfortable. The TV started short-circuiting during the middle of the night and it looked like the wires would start a fire so I had to unplug the TV. Heavy rain made it impossible to sleep due to rain drops falling on a noisy surface just outside my hotel room.

No AC in the room and the hallway smelled bad but the room was fresh.

Lucky to get to the last floor where we can appreciate a nice view of the ocean. The rooms are big and the facilities excellent. The personnel was also polite and helpful for us.

Just checked in and so far they impress simple but very fresh rooms with both bath and shower. 5+ for the very nice evening staff both at the reception and in the bar. Tomorrow we will see what level the breakfast is, the dining room looked very nice anyway.

Bizarre bathroom! The shower was tight and had no curtain or protection to not wet the rest of the bathroom. The hotel does not offer bar soap or shampoo, just liquid soap and body lotion. There were no sockets near the bed so I had to disconnect one of the lamps. The curtains are not of the black out type, which disturbs a bit to sleep when the day dawns clear.

One of the worse Hotel I never stay. The room was small, the space between the bed and the wall is not sufficient, the WC is just in front of the lavatory so that you cannot even stay up for washing your face comfortably. In the room there was a continuous and constant noise (such a constant beep). The brassiere is open until 10:00 PM, I arrived at 10:00 PM and they refused me to sit down for the dinner. In an hotel you cannot be so strict with your clients that traveled all the day, moreover other restaurants close to the hotel were closed so I had just to eat snacks! My opinion is: choose this hotel only if you do not have any other alternative!

The hotel is very expensive, and no WI FI, I had to use my mobile Internet, which delivered additional expenses ...

Worst room I ever had. Directly situated at the elevator. It was so loud that I could not sleep at all. The stuff said that they do not have other rooms and did not care at all. I would never go there again!!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times as the service has always been very good and the rooms clean.

Good hotel with close proximity to airport, also got free airport shuttle. Breakfast was decent.

It is located near to the Copenhagen airport. Metro station is in three minutes walk distance. Breakfast buffet is quite good. The staff are really kind and helpful. The room was simple and practical and clean.

Courteous staff, help with queries. Safety protocols are a bit lax but overall decent for short term stay.

Close to the airport and public transport. Shop opposite the entrance. Rooms clean, bathroom also. Meals eatable, I recommend.

Nice hotel, close to the airport but far from the city centre. There is a metro around the corner which takes about 25 minutes to get you to the city central station.

The breakfast is really good! The room is maybe a little less then expected. The bathroom is quite small, but the biggest problem is the water from the sink. When you turn on the water in the sink it runs down the drain through a tube and into a hole in the floor. When the water hits the bottom of the hole, the water splashes up again and onto your feet. It's really hard to avoid getting your feet wet, and if u manage it, you still end up with a wet floor.

Room was spacious for three(3) adults. Clean. Heard street noises all night because you had to sleep with the window open. Buffet was not to our liking. Looked fabulous. Eggs were cold. Orange juice was good. <br/>My biggest problem is that I appear to have been charged for the buffet for three (3) on the credit card with my room and separately to the tune of $18.00 EACH. Problem is I booked with Choice Hotels. This is now a Best Western and I am told to call them. As I do not have International calling, I need someone to contact me regarding my charges. My stay was October 9, 10 and checked out October 11, 2019.

Got to love that special energy in this establishment, mostly generated by that awesome and friendly personel working there! :) For all of you that appreciate a sports way of life, definitely check out the Gym and of course enyoj the perfect breakfast afterwards! Keep up the great work! :)

Ok hotel, pretty casual staff but nice female bartender!

Way to expensive for one night. Lovely rooms though.

More kwality than quality. Reception and bar ok, room clean but very, very basic- bathroom especially so. No air con so had to sleep with window open, only to be woken by a rubbish truck collecting skips at 0400hrs at the rear of hotel.

It was perfect location wise because it was a 15 minute walk from the airport (We had an overnight layover). Room was large and pretty. Says free WiFi but it doesn't work and there was NO A/C. Like not even a unit inside the room. We were sweating so we kept the window open all night. No mini refrigerator either. Breakfast was expensive so we ate elsewhere.

It is huge cozy 30 sqm room with bath. I arrived at 08.30 to get it booked you could book in 08.00 for a fee of 100kr but every 100kr the hour until 15.00 and the living room girls did not start doing nine but she check the computer and found a clean room it could just go without a dime extra charge. I didn't expect that. I also check the check out at 13-14.00 which I answered that it has been granted so I have had hotel room since 08.40 and until tomorrow 14.00 it is super good without extra cash. Great service there. Could not be more pleased with the response to everything I asked for. It's just going crazy. Room big nice and clean. Bathtub and lovely little tuber lotion and shampoo. Hairdryer, safe, fan, water boiler, coffee and tea, TV you can turn. Large lovely bed, large desk and a small cozy corner with chair and table. Nice design and what I experienced now is only positive and hope it continues then, but I do not doubt it does.

Very comfortable hotel, two kilometers from the 'airport. I don't know how to judge the price quality because the stay was offered by the airline. For the rest I was very impressed by the quality of the service, worth more than a 3-star rating.

Near the subway, it is convenient to get to the city center. The rooms are clean, comfortable. Of the minuses - in the room there are no slippers and a refrigerator (there is a common one at the reception). Room cleaning is not every day and only on request at the reception the evening before. There is a free shuttle to the airport, but did not even use it. It is much more pleasant to walk a couple of minutes down the street at the metro station and drive 1 stop - you immediately get to the terminal. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Pleasant close to the airport. You could walk there. Furthermore, not inspiring. Note: parking space is paid for and you can easily overlook it in the dark; the resulting fine is not. WiFi is not encrypted and therefore unsafe.
