I recently had the opportunity to work with Prototype Machine Co., and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate, and the information provided was sufficient. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke with were not very knowledgeable and seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I would rate my experience with Prototype Machine Co. as average.
