PROUBLEM with one of your products,NOT A PEOPLE FRIENDLY WEBSITE OR CO.

I have been calling, leaving messages and now writing a review!! I have purchased 4 boxes of magic bags to make my 1500 mile journey easier, however it has and is anything but a nightmare.
i followed the instructions, spent a ridiculous amount of money only to find that out of 24 bags (6 in each box) 1 bag ....yes 1 Bag worked The remaining 23 either ripped, didnt seal, or even tore before closing the bag!!!
I've been trying to get SOMEONE to not only reimburse or send new but a phone call at this point would be the PROFESSIONAL thing to do
BEWARE of purchasing as you cant get customer service and you not only waste your precious time but then you have to wash and dry clean EVERYTHING that fell out!!!

Awesome products! The Staff is friendly and helpful and offers great Customer Service.

ZERO customer service. Bad experience all around. too bad, I actually contacted them cause I liked some of the products. They do not call you back, the are dismissive in their emails. Funny they say they are all about customer service but that is furthest from the truth.

This is a fantastic idea. My closet was stuffed and I could barely take anything out or put anything else in. I took out all the seasonal items and bought several different sizes of Magic Bag and went to work. I've had to return one box already and am having the same problem with the second box. There seems to be a quality control issue with the vent (the hole where you apply the vacuum) that allows some of the bags to leak and expand back to normal size. They're not cheap so I don't want to just throw them away but what should I do with the ones that don't work?

Excellent customer service. Products are well made and good quality. Very professional. Took care of my request really quickly and went above and beyond. Exceeded my expectations.

Alert, Candidates! If you are looking for a respectful and organized boss, this company is absolutely not the right choice. I suggest candidates to take the negative reviews of this company serious . Do not be fooled by the recent five star comments. The owner, who contacted me on indeed as HR director, was very rude.

At the phone interview, there was no greetings or brief introduction about this company. The owner directly started her questions. There was no appreciation of the time and efforts I spent on that conversation.

What is even worse is that the job description and requirements she sent to me did not mention that experiences working with retailers is a must. While she heard I was mostly working with distributors, she interrupted me immediately and said what I was doing were all VERY SIMPLE and Quickly hang up. How insulting is that?!

Also, if you look into their website and Amazon store, they have very limited number if SKUs. That tells the size of the business. Check on BBB, you will find out the HR director is actually the owner herself.
