Very good assistance available, modern spacious terminal with excellent connections to the rest of Cyprus.

The airport is new, but forever the system is dropping out, so you are happy when you find it while it is working and you can pay for something with the card in terms of cleanliness so the cleaning machines run straight away.

Larnaca International Airport is a clean and hygienic environment. It offers a great variety of duty free products at great prices. Great variety of food and beverages. Easy to navigate. Staff are helpful and friendly.

A nice airport, clean, fast, and compact without time lost between transits. would had 5 stared it if it had areas for phone recharge, and the prices in Duty free were not 5 times local standard. Also the shuttles were a mess this time they need to organize the bus departure so people can find their way without a guide. This is not a tour of the grand pyramid I hope.... Puting a sign tui depart here, kapnos depart here nicosia that way Limassol that way its no rocket science.

I want to start this review by saying this is only important for non EU Citizens. So I traveled to Larnaca from Belgrade and this is not the first time I'm traveling to Cyprus the only thing is that last time I traveled to North side so I had of course stamps in my passport from Ercan Airport. When I arrived to passport control I was asked to step aside for a questioning, and then after 40 minutes I was told that they are going to send me back to my country immediately, they were talking Greek the whole time I couldn't understand why am I being shipped back to my country and just for the information I'm a female student I study in the North Side of Cyprus. I went through hell on that airport in the middle of the night alone, they didn't make any effort to explain what is going on, I couldn't use a phone they just put me back inside the plane. This is just a warning for all non EU Citizens to be very careful about traveling to both sides once you traveled to northern side you won't be able to go inside the south side any more.

Needs better eating places for people waiting to pick up friends family etc ...

Purely. Handsomely. No complaints. Bus 425 to Larnaca for 1.5 euros. Luggage as two bikes in the bus for free.

It's an airport. Massive improvement on the old one, but so expensive! There are items on sale that are cheaper to buy in a UK supermarket, let alone a Cypriot one which is half the price of the airport!

It is very crowded at busy times with long queues for security.
It is pleasant and clean but the shops and food outlets especially past security are a complete rip off.Nearly 4 for a cup of coffee !

The clean municipal beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, the sand is quite fine, which is great for families with children

Really I was waiting for something special or elegant but I don't find this airport good for Cyprus bcz they need to renew it or to make something special bcz they have good economic and beautiful country.

A very large airport, almost a small town. Once we get through the security check, shopping malls, cafes await the departing travelers. Smokers are bad news, there is only one room, even hidden.

Free WiFi and great duty free. The food court is not that great

My expensive watch disappeared on inspection strip. I asked to see it on camera and they saw how it went in and didn't go out. However they refused to search for it. So... did it disappear by magic?
Just shameful. I was told they don't know anything about it in the Search Office a few weeks later, that they don't have any record about it.

Very bad experience on Sunday at around 11am. Extremely long queues. Very crouded and slow at passport check and then extremely crowded with only two-three working gates at security checks. Made it very hard to travel with a baby. There is also big ads for the 'family lane' that does not exist in reality. Use the paid 'fast lane'. We have not seen the chaos from before the passport checks otherwise we would have chosen the fast lane. Even though we have arrived in advance, all the time was spent queuing. My worst airport experience so far, horrible with 15 month old baby.

Nice airport, good access to the center. The downside of public transport between 23-6 there is nothing ...

A small airport that gets really crowded during the summer. It is very clean and the staff are very helpful.

The Airport from Larnaca was all the facilities you need plus an easy acces to the public transport !

Almost rude the stuff at the checkpoints when I arrived , extremely helpful and friendly when I was leaving. Can't shape opinion

My memories of Cyprus as a holiday destination were actually rather muted. So more according to the motto: What should you not miss? - THE RETURN FLIGHT! With a shudder, I thought of ugly building sins, For Rent signs (all of Cyprus seems to be on the burial table), unbearable heat and drunk Ballermann Brits. But everyone deserves the well-known 2nd chance: So much our choice, looking for warm weather without flying long, but in Cyprus

Small airport but super clean and modern and very spacious. Was an excellent first impression upon landing in Cyprus. Had lots of great food options and open duty free store.

Total chaos. Staff overwhelmed and unfriendly. Oversized duty fee shop. It would be better to enlarge the control area.

Convenient two-storey airport. There is a information desk where you will be happy to answer any questions about the city and country. Also there you can take a free map of Larnaca. There are buses to Paphos.
Up to Larnaca there is a bus 425 for 1.5 euros.

Food and drink kiosks an absolute rip off (especially if you're paying in GBP and it's not the cashier's fault, the airport tills are programmed to swindle tourists out of their money.

Good airport, but the taxi drivers will definitely rip you off!

Chic airport, good duty free. But the airport staff, especially at the inspection just cattle in the worst sense.
They rummage through things without explaining what they are looking for. They don t stand on ceremony, they broke glasses, clean children's things are dumped on a dirty table, etc.

Normal international airport. Located in 10 min. from the city. Inside, everything is clear and convenient, there is free wi-fi. The staff is polite and smart.

I travel a lot through Larnaca airport at all times of the year and the staff let it down. They are all just miserable. From check in to security to duty free to ground staff. The airport is pleasant and modern but the staff on the whole I find so moody. Shame really as most people of Cyprus are lovely. Maybe they hate their jobs or are just unhappy but working in the service industry one should be happy, welcoming and up beat at all times. We are keeping you in jobs. Cheer up and smile people.

Queues are ridiculous. They even let us through the gate only to queue in a service area with no air conditioning for a good 20 minutes. Leave plenty of time to get through security, Cypriots are useless at organising things and do continuous random checks.

A small airport with a convenient location for check-in and departure areas. Courteous staff who try to make your stay at the airport as comfortable as possible. Upon arrival in Larnaca, we were with a small child, the airport employee took us out of the general queue and took us to the free registration window, which allowed us to quickly go through passport control. Special thanks for that.

Modern large airport. A lot of flights, always a lot of people. But everything works like a clock. A lot of bulletin boards. Many racks for baggage.
Big duty duty store, normal prices.
There are a lot of cafes, the prices are certainly high, but you can eat tasty and quickly.

This is my local airport. The old airport was more of an aircraft hangar. The new airport has fairly standard modern airport architecture with lots of exposed concrete and steel. I like it. Spacious enough. Very efficient baggage handling.

Quite a friendly airport, good signs, it's hard to get lost. On the way back we came across a huge queue in front of the security gates and although it was moving quite quickly, it was still uncertain whether we would make it to the plane (we waited in the queue for about 40 minutes). However, you have to be much earlier.

The main international airport of the Republic of Cyprus. Its big advantage is that it has a small bus station for long-distance buses. These control, inter alia, Agia Napa, Limassol and Nicosia. The service is very satisfactory. In addition to the old terminal, who should originally be demolished, but still there, there is a new terminal. Flights to Europe and Dubai.

Small airport with rude controllers. Actually, two things always makes me smile here. First, that passport control is first, then luggage control with rude controllers. Its maybe just only one funny airport, where they say to take off shoes. All civilizated countries in EU do not do that already.

Parking not well signed and can be confusing. But a nice modern airport in general.

Modern airport with smooth check-in. Very poor opportunities for food and drink. Only one cafe that thoroughly utilizes them is alone in the market.

All the staff are friendly. It's clean and neat. Not so crowded airport and it's easy to communicate with the staff. It's awesome

Went home yesterday towards Copenhagen with DAT from Larnaka.
3 desks where open at checkin, but only 2 worked, as the last desk ran out of bagagetags. After waiting for 20 min, another desk was being prepared to be opened, but the employee desided not to open afterall.
After waiting for 45 min to check in, we where finally thru the queue, and could walk to security.
At the passport control, we where send to the family queue, as we where traveling with 2 kids, but just before the desk, we where split up, so the kids had to go to the desk alone. We tryed to protest, but the old man at the desk just shouted at us.
Then on to security, where we again where send to the familyqueue, but here the queue was much longer than the others, and the staff was not kid-friendly, but was just grumpy and not smiling.
All in all it took 1 hour and 25 min, from entering the airport until we where at the shooping. But no time to shoop, as we had to go to gate. This was a sad way to leave the island, as we had only met nice people at our stay in Cyprus.
You CAN do it better!

Excellent, we had no problems. Our arrival went smoothly, no visa on arrival problems. Good honest taxi service outside.

A modern field, a quick check, the extra check for Israelis, a bit funny, but let it be ... All right.

Small and clean airport and mostly quite on arrivals but departure time can be tricky . In summer it s like burning inside and parking mostly packed so you should arrive early , have few duty free shop and if you taking taxi which straight outside airport gate you should be careful as they are mostly shouting and trying to grab you and no fixed fare so some time you feel cheated .

Very clean, spacious, quiet. Not such an anthill as usual. This makes me happy. Many any installations and exhibits. You can pofotkatsya at last. The staff is friendly. There is a coffee house, a restaurant. You can pack and weigh the cargo. This is one of the most pleasant airports. The city goes to public transport. 425 bus from the second floor exit. Every half hour. 1,5 euros cost. There's a taxi downstairs. Also there are buses to other cities, such as Paphos and others. There is an excellent wi-fi and a zone for charging phones.

Very good airport. Modern and clean. We got our baggage very soon after landing.
