They sell a lot of material that home Depot doesn't carry like laminated beams, specialty caulking, brackets, house wraps, denseglass, etc. Good prices. Parking situation is a little tricky though especially if it's busy and you come with a trailer.
This company has a fake lawyer threatening to sue me because of a debt of a company that I work for. Even though personally I have nothing to do with this debt. What a great supplier....

I'm a structural engineer and I work with a lot of lumber companies to get design packages put together for permitting and construction. In my experience, Pacific Lumber is top notch. They are VERY responsive and their design documentation is very detailed and well thought out. I highly recommend them.
My husband called this morning for a quote. A very rude man answered the phone and basically blew him off telling him he didn't have time and they don't do quotes and either way he was 6 to 7 weeks out before her could help him. Needless to say we will take our business some where else!!!
Two different weeks now! ~7am they parked in front of neighbors driveways and a no parking zone!! Then spend 30+ mins unloading with a forklift beeping loudly, while multiple neighbors sleep. One neighbor who they blocked their driveway was trying to leave?!?!.... You guys need to learn common courtesy!!! Don't block driveways, park in designated zones and if you're dropping off in a busy neighborhood, after 8am is appreciated.
Plus, the street right next door (closer to your drop zone) has a whole section of street that doesn't block anyone!
Not Recommended, Would suggest shopping around bc you'll find better deals and customer service.
