Commenter talking about corruption is correct.
I was falsely prosecuted by Border Force in a civil matter and the court accepted testimony from a non English speaking agent who admitted he had no idea or knowledge on the subject matter.

Magistrate refused to accept lawful information regarding UK law and instead simply went along with the false prosecution to save face.

That is complicity in perjury and there is a punishment for that. Needs investigating.

Based on this I will never respect British courts or their decisions, nor will I participate in their fraudulent corrupt antics.

SEEMS LIKE SOME SORT OF FRAUDULENT AND VERY SHADY BUSINESS PLACE TO ME, UNDER THE GUISE OF COURT OF LAW WHICH IT IS CLEARLY NOT BY DEFINITION. ESPECIALLY THESE SJP'S THEY ARE DEALING WITH VERY DODGY INDEED....

Staff are kind and helpful in difficult circumstances

The court was hearing a case for a Danny smith vehicle registered at my property, not checking the fact I m not him they have used my national insurance to do an attachment of earnings to pay court and tribunal costs for a driving offence committed in 2015 despite being told numerous times and given details about myself they have still continued this action against me in 2018.
The best bit they will not allow documents to be emailed as proof only letters sent directly.

As long as they get their money I don t think they give a rats arse where it comes from.

be sure to check your paperwork before you attend family court hearings as sometimes they are at the county court.
