NoteSolution/OneClass has just committed fraud by charging me for a service that I have not even logged into for over 2 years. No transaction history on account, no billing information saved. Stay away from giving them your billing information. If you have, look to ban/blacklist them from charging you. Work with PayPal/credit card company to get this resolved.

Signed up for OneClass - horrible company. The notes are not useful and they mislead you with pricing. Many of their notes border on illegal due to copyright issues. Talked to customer service to get a refund because they charged me for a year subscription (which they led me to believe was monthly) and they were patronizing, argumentative, and rigid. They do not care about their customers and I really think the only way they make money is by those poor souls who forget to cancel their free trial. Predatory company that clearly doesn't care about their reputation or the true value they offer to their customers.
I think this is a scam. They charged me for a yearly plan and would not cooperate when I inquired about it.
