NoteSolution / OneClass vient de commettre une fraude en me facturant un service auquel je ne me suis même pas connecté depuis plus de 2 ans. Aucun historique des transactions sur le compte, aucune information de facturation enregistrée. Évitez de leur donner vos informations de facturation. Si c'est le cas, essayez de les interdire / les mettre sur liste noire de vous accuser. Travaillez avec PayPal / société de carte de crédit pour résoudre ce problème.

Inscription à OneClass - entreprise horrible. Les notes ne sont pas utiles et elles vous induisent en erreur avec les prix. Beaucoup de leurs notes sont illégales en raison de problèmes de droits d'auteur. J'ai parlé au service client pour obtenir un remboursement car ils m'ont facturé un abonnement d'un an (ce qu'ils m'ont amené à croire que c'était mensuel) et ils étaient condescendants, argumentatifs et rigides. Ils ne se soucient pas de leurs clients et je pense vraiment que la seule façon de gagner de l'argent est grâce à ces pauvres âmes qui oublient d'annuler leur essai gratuit. Entreprise prédatrice qui ne se soucie clairement pas de sa réputation ou de la vraie valeur qu'elle offre à ses clients.

Je pense que c'est une arnaque. Ils m'ont facturé un plan annuel et ne voulaient pas coopérer lorsque je me renseignerais à ce sujet.
